Supplements are pretty hard to review, for a variety of reasons. Not only does it depend greatly on what else you're eating and drinking, but everyone's body chemistries react differently to different supplements. The benefits of Turkesterone have been studied and debated for a long time. I personally think it works, so I take it.The capsules are easy to take, and there are no odd tastes or aftertastes.Try to take supplements with oily foods, such as peanut butter, or omega 3 capsules- as I've heard it help the bodies absorption.

I have been taking this for about 2 weeks now. And I have noticed an uptick in performance in the gym. I also feel generally pretty good and my energy levels have been solid. I think I may have noticed a slight uptick in libido as well. I would recommend this product!

Bottle label looks like someone printed it and stamped it on a black bottle. Not saying it is fake just has a bad presentation and looks like it could be fake. We will see as time goes on.

I took this product as directed until the bottle was empty. I've tried a few of these supplements looking for extra energy and focus through my day. I believe that after about three weeks my energy levels felt much more consistent at work. I spend a lot of time at my desk and can easily get drowsy on repetitive tasks. With this supplement as a part of my daily routine I felt more balanced and didn't want to fall asleep after lunch. I would recommend every try it. The product was easy to swallow with no side effects.

Fit & Focused....A little somethin' extra.The star of this supplement and what likely got our attention is the turkesterone.I'm up to having ordered about 10 different brands including this one, at this point.With most I've reviewed, I notice a subtle benefit during my strength training workout, which I think and hope will translate to other more tangible benefits, over time (strength/endurance and maybe better definition).I'll come back to that in a minute; for now, here's what I mean when I say "a little somethin' extra..."This particular brand/supplement also has Hydroxypropyl Beta Cyclodextrin.According to a search I did....Cyclodextrins serve as a powerful drug, or in this case, turkesterone, delivery agent.Cyclodextrins have also been found to sequester and mobilize cellular lipids (cholesterol).In short, the Cyclodextrins make the turkesterone more "bio available".In addition to my normal daily multi's etc, following is a typical (of late) stack:BCAA drink during the strength training workout500mg (1 capsule) of this500mg of Ecdysterone, currently, also this brand...3-400mg N/O booster, usually L-Arginine or a complex250mg epicatechinWhat I can tell you is that I've had varying results with different brands of turkesterone, and my body seems to respond less favorably to this brand than some of the others.I've said in other reviews, that *during* my workouts, I don't feel like I've become the Hulk with super human strength, but that I do feel a more subtle "assist" shall we say.It's just a little "hey, let me throw in a couple extra reps", or "I don't need to rest, or rest as much" between sets.It can also be as subtle as maybe scrutinizing and fine tuning my actual form.With this brand, for me, that sense of DURING WORKOUT feeling of "assist" is hit and miss.It has been less consistent for me with this brand compared to other brands.I've actually used this brand for about the longest of any brand, just to give it a fair chance and write as accurate of a review as possible.Still, there are so many variables, that it could just be me; some days are just better than others.So that is the "during" assessment.I'm not sure that *any* brand makes claim to feeling that "extra little push" during the workout, as much as the longer term effects that a workout using this may provide.This is non stimulant and from what I've read, pretty safe with benefits reaching further than just workout/muscle building. For me, no "red flags" as to mixing it with other sups or meds; love that (but you should do your own search on that).These are a, on the larger side of small, clear, veggie/type capsule through which you can see a sort of army green powder.I find them easy to swallow with no offensive taste or smell.I'm giving these 4 stars overall based on perceived quality of ingredients and the fact that they took the extra step to include the Hydroxypropyl Beta Cyclodextrin, which many brands leave out.I hope this review has enabled you to make an informed purchase decision.I rarely give an overall 5 star rating.

I like that this particular brand of turkesterone is only ONE capsule per serving rather than two like most other brands I’ve seen/ordered. I got this for my 17 year old since he’s sensitive to caffeine but wanted something to help his endurance during workouts. So far we haven’t noticed any big changes, but I think it’s definitely worth a try.

Turkesterone supplements have been around awhile, but I've never tried them. As I get older, it's harder to make progress in my workouts, but I've had good luck with this supplement. I've noticed some strength and endurance gains in the gym, and the price isn't prohibitive. Capsules are easy to swallow, and I've had no adverse affects. I don't take these in the evening, however, because they wind me up a little.

Definitely feel better taking these supplements.
