Google Pixel 4 64GB Oh so Orange (Renewed)

Brought this when my iPhone failed. Delivery was delayed but eventually arrived securely packaged.Phone is great and loved all the features on it. The issue was the battery life and closure of programs . It was shocking. The battery would last about two hours then will be down to 20% or less. Even without using it the battery wouldn't last. It got so bad I brought a power bank to get me through the day.I didn't mind for a little while as I thought it was my usage draining it. But then it would drain while I was at work without touching it at all. Contacted seller for a return.Sent the phone back for refund but was advised NO REFUNDS and would have to have it fixed and sent back. What use is that when batteries go they go ! EVEN HAD TO PAY FOR THE RETURN.Seller was very unhelpful and not willing to discuss as per consumer rights. AVOID AT ALL COSTS .

Battery is so depreciated , literally will do nothing with this phone and the battery will drop by 30%. Just being idle, i probably barely use this phone and end up with 15% battery. Have to charge twice a day. Do not recommend, wish i returned when i could have. Maybe has 25% of the original battery , even less. Either i spend another 100 replacing the battery, or carry around a battery bank all day which charges the phone. AVOID.

Unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to use the phone, it came locked to Verizon when it was supposed to be unlocked. It came already half set up which was a bit worrying instead of starting from a factory reset. I tried contacting Verizon to see if they would make it sim free but I needed an account to contact them which I couldn’t do as I don’t live in the USA.It was sent back me they refunded me with no issues.
