This is a great way to stay hydrated. The grape flavor is really good and it’s not too sweet. I like that it has zero sugar. I feel much better when I drink this.

I've done three of the flavors now: pink lemonade, blue razz, and grape. The grape has been my favorite, but I'm also partial to the taste of purple. The powders all have a slight supplement/vitamin smell, but it mostly goes away when you mix it. The flavors are not quite as punchy as your bottled name-brand sports drinks, but still very enjoyable and taste like what's advertised. They even still taste good at half-strength and are a little less sweet than others, which I prefer. With the price/portability being much better than premixed and the solid vitamin and mineral components, it's a big win to me.

I really like having something easy to use to keep hydrated. I tend to feel better after I have one of these, so I aim to have one every morning. They are quick and simple to take. The flavor is okay. They kind of smell like froot loops to me somehow? A little odd for lemonade, but not bad!

I bought and compared four different electrolyte powders. They were Ultima Replenisher Grape, Keppi Keto Lemon Lime Splash, Key Nutrients Recovery Plus and LMNT Key Hot Chocolate. My goals were - not too much salt (that I can add cheaply to my diet), enough potassium (I suffer the dreaded Keto Calf Cramps in a hard swimming work out), dissolve well and stay dissolved, and taste okay. Stretch goal: Individual affordable packets, because I travel a LOT. My test included aerating for 30 seconds the powder in 500ml (I know they want more, but seriously, who drinks a half-litre first thing in the morning) and the letting it sit for a minute (because, cats and S.O. dontchaknow.) The second photo is precipitate after a minute; this was one of the best showings. Of the four, this and the Ultima Replenisher did the best at taste, low salt and dissolvability. And this is in packets. And I don't suffer cramps when I drink it.

If you're looking for a convenient electrolyte drink mix to accompany you during exercise, travel, or just to pack in your weekday work lunch bag, this may indeed be worth a shot. The best thing about these Key Nutrients electrolyte powders is the ingredients -- it's a nutritional powerhouse comparable to a lot of multivitamins, and probably better quality than most. The electrolytes, B vitamins, and minerals contained in each packet are in non-synthetic forms that are easier to digest and absorb than the usual electrolyte drinks you'd find in most stores. What's also worth noting aside from the higher quality ingredients is what this powder mix doesn't have: It's free of a lot of unnecessary fillers and artificial junk that are common in those store-bought "sports drinks." The only ingredient that seems unnecessary (to me) is the silica. Where Key Nutrients' Lemonade electrolyte powder packets fall short, however, is with the flavor. The Lemonade powder mix has a certain "fake" lemon-lime sour taste that's a bit reminiscent of Tang (for those of us old enough to remember that stuff). In addition to that, it also has a "vitamin-like" flavor -- when you drink it, you know you're drinking B vitamins. To me, the taste is not at all off-putting or disgusting by any means, it's simply not as pleasant as a few other electrolyte drink mixes I've also tried. I usually open one of these into a bottle of water and I'll continue adding water throughout the day as I drink it, mixing (or attempting to mix it) each time. That reminds me of one other minor complaint: This doesn't mix very well. You can shake this in a bottle for 5 minutes straight, use a mixer or frother, and you'll still see some of the powder at the bottom of your bottle. However, I find this to be an issue with pretty much any good quality electrolyte powder drink mix. Overall, a good product and a good value for the quality and cost. If you're shopping around for an electrolyte drink mix without the garbage additives, sugar/sucralose, fillers, etc. then this may be worth a shot.

This is sweet and pretty tasty. Tastes a lot like the Crystal Light mango, but in a brighter orange color. I usually use Vital Proteins in Lemon flavor and I think this tastes more like a koolaid flavor. Important though - beets are listed on the ingredient list as giving color. There are genetically 2 types of people in the world - those who find beets sweet and those who find that beets taste like dirt. If you are someone who genetically cannot enjoy the taste of a beet, do not order this. There is only a very tiny hint of beet taste, but I think it would be enough to put someone off who can't stand beets. I would actually much prefer this product to be less colorful. It does feel a little like drinking bright orange koolaid.

These are a great size, and great packaging. I’ve been using them for 8 years, but had to stop because they changed the formula and now it’s undrinkable. They had to have increased the stevia or something bc where I could barely taste the stevia before now it’s overwhelming. I was excited bc the individual packets took a lot longer before the new formula invaded them but alas they too are not an option for me. PLEASE CHANGE BACK!!!!

The good: -Flavor is a 'muted' grape, which I love! I am not a grape-flavor person but its so mild I didn't mind the taste at all. -Great price for the amount of servings you get. -It definitely hydrates! The bad: -Works too well? I've never had a reaction to electrolytes before, and I've tried them all. (Liquid IV, etc.) One of the ingredients is chromium. I suppose my husband and I are both too sensitive to it. We couldn't sleep at all on the days we took this. Even tried 1/2 of serving. If you have a sensivity to chromium, this may not be for you. -It has an exuberant amount of Biotin, 1000% of dv? Too much of this is unhealthy. So I dont recommend taking a full serving, or at least more than 1 serving a day. I'm writing this in hopes the company will adjust their ingredients so I can buy this again. The other reason I give 5 Stars is becuase this item IS returnable! So at least I was able to get a refund. Btw- people should not give 1 star just because they dont like the taste. Thats a preference, has nothing to do with quality.

Tastes really good, great value for money and mixes well, just make sure you inly have one aday!

Love the taste, not all flavours are as good. I recommend you get the mix packs to try first then buy the tubs one you know which flavours are for you.

I bought the tub instead of the packets by accident, so even though i’m glad it reduces waste, I haven’t been using it as often - the taste gets pretty bad if it’s been mixed with water for over 2 hours, so being able to have the packets when I’m out and about is a lot more convenient for me. That said, I absolutely love this brand of electrolytes and the Lemonade flavour is quite nice (I also recommend the Pink Lemonade and Blue Raspberry).

Ich bin total zufrieden mit dem Key Nutrients Elektrolyte Pulver in der Sorte Zitronenlimonade. Es schmeckt angenehm frisch, nicht künstlich und ist perfekt, um den Elektrolythaushalt nach dem Sport oder an heißen Tagen auszugleichen. Besonders positiv finde ich, dass es komplett zuckerfrei ist und trotzdem super lecker schmeckt. Löst sich schnell auf, kein Nachgeschmack – einfach top! Werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder kaufen. 💧🍋

I do fasting so 0 cal and hydration are important to me. This has nothing but good stuff and the taste is great so when I'm gaming at night during my fasting period I need something to replace the sugary redbulls I used to drink. I drink it every morning aswell before drinking my coffee so that my stomach has a good base. I do grape and 32oz of water but I'm looking to purchase the variety pack so I can take it anywhere with me
