I received this heat press last month, it was packaged well and shipped quickly. I am so excited to get the press out of box and set it up. This is my second heat press, the last one is Cricut heat press is 12x10" and is still work well. Need to upgrade a larger size so I bought this one after some research.It is super use to assemble and operation. I used it for about two weeks and pressing about 20 t-shirts, it worked great and heat evenly. For Cricut, I had to move it around the shirt, but this machine just needs to press the handle and wait for the transfer. Also the price is very reasonable, comes with one t shirt press, one mug attachment, one hat attachment and two plate attachments. All 5 in1 is also less $$ than my first Cricut Heat Press, it works way better and can meet all needs! Would definitely recommend this heatpress! Love it!

This heat press has paid for itself with all of the presses we have used it for. Amazing machine at a great value.

This is my first press, and it's worked Great for everything I've tried. If I have any criticisms the controller is LOUD, the heat proof fabric it shipped with frayed everywhere, and changing between shirts and hats is more time consuming than I expected.Frankly, if these things dissuade you break out another $1000.00.Overall, highly recommend

I had my previous heat press for four years, which compared to other reviews on other heat presses, is phenomenal. Once it took a crap, I ordered this one because I couldn't find the original one I bought on ebay. I've been pleasantly surprised at how well this one works. It's still early days so I might have to come back and re-review because I saw some that said it stopped working after 30 days (just after the return window). I'm still a bit nervous but I do love it. I gave away all the attachments because I didn't need them (I purchased a separate tumbler press from HTVront and absolutely LOVE it!). I don't do hats and plates so I didn't need the pieces laying around taking up room or storing them some place only to forget about them.Hopefully this one will last 4 years or more as well. I really got my money's worth out of the last one.

I have now had TWO through this company, and I am very unhappy, both stopped working on me, Yes they sent me a replacement one when the first one messed up But not long after getting the second one it has messed up , its bent, does not press even, the ball baring fell out, it makes god awful sounds and I am just not happy at all. I am not one to leave bad reviews, but after this I just had to make a comment.... Extremely upset that I am now out of money....

I've had this machine since July. I wish I could still return it. I use this press a lot as I have a small tshirt business. Everytime I go to press down, it doesn't want to close and i have to keep adjusting the height position on every press. So frustrating when I have lots of shirts to do. This machine was not made well. Very disappointing because I feel I wasted my money on junk. Buyers beware!

I like the ease of unpacking and easy manual. I have only used for shirts, looking forward to learning how to use the additional items

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this heat press on June 26,2022. It was working fine until about 2 days ago. I unplugged the original heat plate to attempt to try out the mug press attachment. Well, the mug press wasn't getting hot enough and ghosted my mug. Unplugged that and once I plugged my original plate in and attempted to set the temp back to 350degrees/30 mins,the temp gauge goes haywire,as shown in the attached video. The description states there is a 2 year warranty and to contact them if any issues, however, I went on the Slendor website to contact them in regards to this issue. I see no contact information such as an email address, nor phone#. I would appreciate it if someone from the company would at least contact me to get this issue resolved asap. This is a part of my business that I rely on the most for getting orders completed on time. This has slowed down my production! I have unplugged and plugged both the plate and power outlet and cannot get it working.
