Great Expansion to my Outlets
I really like this product.I did have a little difficulty plugging in one of my appliances to the electrical outlet, but finally made it fit (because of the protection built in to keep a person from plugging in something they shouldn't).

I've tried others always come back to these. Although I have had one go bad. Think it was under warranty, but decided to just chalk it up as a anomaly, and bought this high speed one.

Great usb outlet
I tried these and the Leviton usb outlets and these seemed to charge my phone faster. They were also a little more affordable. I highly recommend them.

Will lose the ability to plug in many polarized plugs.
Warning: Beware--most polarized plugs cannot be plugged into these receptacles. I thought I could replace my existing plugs and have all the current functions *plus* the ability to plug in USB cables. I was wrong. I can no longer use those receptacles to plug in my polarized plugs because the neutral is not long enough.

Topgreener USB Type C/A outlet
Tamper resistant, nice looking outlet. Its good for cell phones but unfortunately it does not charge MacBook Pro while using the USB Type C outlet.

Installed my first one the other day
It works fine, no issues. However, the "tamper-resistant" part is a mess. It sure is tamper-resistant... Usually I can't get things to even plug in! This is ridiculous. It is way too much hassle. Next time, I'll be looking for one that doesn't have tamper-resistance.

AC plug prongs very difficult to insert
Fails its most basic purpose, to provide AC current in its three-prong plugs. The problem: it takes a great deal of careful wiggling and retrying to get a normal AC plug into the outlet. Maddening, especially considering how hard it is to squeeze/install these units into an outlet box (little room for the existing wires given the size of the brick).

Warning!! Fire Hazard!!
Do not buy this product. We had two installed by professional electrician who was doing a complete re-wire of our house. A month after installed, we had two devices plugged in (phone and tablet). Unit caught fire! Uninstalled other device and replaced with well known brand name Leviton

Supremely disappointed, had high hopes.
Both Worked fine for 4 weeks but USB C stopped working actually drains phone battery 1% every 45 seconds when it says it’s charging. Thought it was maybe the cords but nope. Faulty units. Also extremely tight fit In outlet box. Would not recommend. Need refund.
