Due to a job that works out in the rain and under any condition of weather, a good durable rain jacket was a must. This thing has not only protected me from getting any kind of wet but it is also super breathable! Which is hard to find in the rain jacket area. It fit great! The weight of the jacket light weight. It has a dual zipper so you can zip it up or down if you need to get to your pants pockets. The pockets on it are massive and fit alot.

Life saver during a downpour

Ideal for hi-vis jobs but Carhartt is always overpriced. Not made in the USA.

What is necessary for rainy days

This is a great rain coat. It's a little thinner than expected but still fits really well.

I understand that for a size medium rain jacket it’s nice for it to be loose fit but it was unwearable and goofy looking even with or without a hoodie underneath it was like I had a stiff shower curtain wrapped around me. The sleeves were a decent length but somehow even with the extra fabric in the beer belly area all the way up to the shoulders still felt unnatural and makes it harder to lift your arms up to actually do work it lifts the whole bottom of the jacket way too much which is why I probably won’t be trying a size small😂. The hood is pretty tall and unusable even with hats!!. The little velcro straps on the cuffs are useless unless your wrists are at least the size of two wrists.Also the hood tighten system is inconvenient and confusing and not sure if it even works. Also there’s no option to tighten the waist. The front outside pockets opening’s somehow face backwards? Then go forwards pretty unusual and messed me up thinking it’s better to just not try it again.
