Works well except tinnitus mode
The tinnitus mode has no amplification, so it doesn't help if you're hard of hearing. Otherwise, the amplifiers work fine. I only hear with one ear, so only needed one. Takes some time to adjust, because the sound quality is different from normal hearing.

I am on my second set of these and the tinnitus, which is mode 3 still doesn't work, they amplify sound quie well modes 1 and 2. I'm not sure where to go from here

Hearing Assist!
First things first. This amplifies sound. If u have hearing loss like I do it will not make sounds totally clear but opens an option for getting some sound to my ear.My left ear at 30-40% use right ear 70~80%. Only using one in my left ear. Too much amplification using both and a metallic type sound.Operation a bit touchy to adjust. Very light touches to change volume but can get “Feedback” when too high. This also happens when loose in ear.Batteries hold up thru morning to night.Fit in ear feels fine and has only come loose when playing with my dogs rolling on ground.As instructed start in quiet location.My suggestions is also have a mirror hand for proper position in ear and practice with volume and modes.Gave 4 stars because nothing is perfect but it works as advertised and is helping from asking people “What”! When they talk to me on my left side.Update once or twice a day clean ear and ear bud with wipe of alcohol. Any skin oil around ear causes bud to slip out of position.

Not as small as advertised
I found the aids to be much larger than advertised. Looked like I had a marble in my ears. I have worn hearing aids for a number of years, so I am aware of how my hearing aids need to look. Most people are unaware I even wear them. I have returned them. As always, Amazon is great.

Works great but...
They work great. The only problem I have with them is, I got them for my tinnitus and it doesn't help me. But the amplifier works great. If you've never used these before, be careful when you put them in. Make sure it's completely quiet first. They REALLY work on that part.

The fit is comfortable and the volume choices are easy to use
I like how they fit, the sound quality is good and they are easy to put in and take out, and the charging case is perfect to store them in, they are always then fully charged.Y

It does nothing for rigging in the ear, I’m giving it to my cousin as a hearing aid

The directions had to be read a few times till I knew exactly what to do.
I have tinnitus and am 52 yrs old. These are exceptional in my hearing everything clearer and separating the ringing in my ears. I am getting use to charging them every night plus the carrier case. They are bigger than my high dollar hearing aids but I am getting use to that to. And they are comfortable.
