Overpriced.
Good herbal supplement, but seriously overpriced for what it is. You can buy these herbs separately (chamomile and lavender can even be in tea form) for the same money which will last you for half a year.

Relaxing effect
A nice calming effect for a short period of time, I'd say a few hours. I feel like the effects take place pretty quickly after consuming. No aftertaste or bad side effects. Definitely recommend!

Actually works - for sleep and pain
I bought this to help me sleep and discovered it also helps with pain - specifically, migraines and muscle spasms from osteoarthritis. I definitely recommend it.

It did not help with sleeping pronlem. Organic chamomile whole flower loose tea is much more helpful.

Beautiful packaging and they work great.
You can smell the lavender as soon as you open the gorgeous box. The supplements help me calm down before bed and the capsules are fresh and protected in a foil wrapper. There are cheaper alternatives but I really like them.

nice ingredients, easy to take
I like the simple list of ingredients of this herbal capsule and found it to have a nice calming effect.It is easy to swallow and has a bit of a nice scent to it. The box looks very nice but not practical in preventing children from opening it.I like this brand and the teas they make and found it a nice alternative for an infusion.
