Light taste, but plastic bottle and Fakespot analysis are concerning. Price could be improved.
Light, average, commercial-grade oil. Nice light flavor and not too bitter. However, I do not like the fact that it is stored in plastic. The longer one keeps oil in plastic, the more microplastics leech into your oil. I much prefer glass encasing, especially for the price and grade! Further, this seems to be a blend of various oils from around the world blended and bottled, according to their description, which might explain why the taste varies from bottle to bottle. For many, that will be unnoticeable. My bottles were stamped from Spain, but the description says otherwise, which was also confusing.However, what is concerning to me is the Fakespot analysis, which gives the actual rating a 2.5. For a self-proclaimed "honest" oil, the amount of reviews that AI determined are fake/paid for are staggering. Even some pictures look like they came directly from their own website.I will try the "pure" oil next, but based on my google search this was mostly pomace oil but marketed as pure. As olive oil aficionados, my husband and I will give our thoughts about it when received.All in all, if you love to try new olive oils, I would give this a try! If you are concerned about microplastics, there are several brands at a similar price-point but were in glass.Update: Upon closer inspection, you can tell the fakespot analysis, which gives this a D rating, is accurate because you can cleary see the pictures uploaded by 4 "customers" are all done in the same kitchen. You can also see the same picutres on their facebook. Deceptive.

The best olive oil I’ve had
The flavor is amazing but to me it seems a bit pricey

Really good!
I love cooking and using olive oil in my meals so I decided to try this one and I am so glad I did! It’s very tasty and great for salads as well. I definitely recommend it.

Great quality
The quality and flavor from capatriti olive oilis impressive. It’s worth the price, and goes a long way. Of course the product is easy to use for dipping bread, veggies and anything you’re in the mood for. I love using this when hosting parties and serving finger foods.
