Embarrassing
I bought these for a Christmas present, and my friend being honest with me said they were cute, but they were very old, stale, hard, and tasted like cardboard. I was embarrassed. I went to Walmart and purchased some cute cupcakes as a replacement. It is just such a shame that things like that can't be trusted to be fresh and taste good. If I was a small business, I would worry about my reputation.
