The Description is misleading
The description is misleading, a spade is not a shovel and a shovel is not a spade. The main difference between a shovel and a spade is that a spade is shorter and has a flat blade while a shovel is longer, angled, and its blade is curved into more of a scoop. Shovels are better for âscoopingâ while spades are better for âcuttingâ or âscrappingâ. Shovels scoop while spades dig and slice.
