I did return this since I ordered the wrong size somehow and reordered it in the correct size.I do a lot of printing for several heredity societies. Brand name ink is too expensive for high volume printing. I switched to the subscription plan and found it convenient, but I was living in fear of going over my monthly allowance and being charged the huge overage fees. Finally decided to try the generic type, assuming they have caught up with technology over the past 20 yrs and it would be safe to do so. This is my third order of generic ink and I've likely saved enough money to pay for a new printer whenever that comes up again. Delivery is fast and my printer gives me plenty of notice when ink is getting low so I can get the next box ordered.

I am pleased with my purchase. It is of great quality, and the colors are great. It does not leak or smear and I would definitely buy it again and would recommend it.

Ink cartridges leaked after removing color tab and were not compatible with printer. Only blue and black work

It was pretty good price for the product. Ink cartridges leak during installation. It did not print correctly at first, after 3 head cleaning, it finally print. Color printing looks good.

Fits my square d load center

When the first set of inks came, the magenta had leaked in the sealed bag. I contacted the company and asked for a replacement for just the magenta. They sent a whole new set! It was done quickly and with little hassle. I would recommend ordering the ink. Works well with my printer;)

Works fits good

I am getting fair to good results but not what I hoped for. The prints are a little faded, even after three cleaning cycles. Also one of the cartridges don't snap in like it should. I had to repeatedly push on it to seat and stay in place. I got it to seat for now, but wonder if that is effecting the over quality. I will monitor it and the use over the next few months to determine if I'd chance buying again. At this moment, I would be very cautious to recommend the product. You have to use software to check ink levels, printer does not display it, but I knew that going in.
