Works super as a smoker. Does perfect smoking way better than expensive smokers. I would only suggest to make the side doors bigger to allow easily to add charcoal and wood.

You get what youpay for, although not bad just for occassional use ,though since i am using it as a smoker, i am missing a hole or port to access the pipe of my external smoke generator!Overall not bad for the price!
