Received the 3x2 double side whiteboard in good condition just one minor dent on the side. Article was carefully packed and adequate dampened were used. Very good for children and personal office use.

The media could not be loaded. Though I buy many products from Amazon, this board has disappointed twice. Once returned, the replacement came well packed, due to other busy schedules, opened today. The frame is bent in many places, the black board panel fully cracked. I think the defective product was packed or while packing the callous staff cracked it. Anyway I am not going to complain as the department for this product particularly wants to drive away customers, they are not bothered. May be they are looking at short term employment and not serious about work. Please avoid buying this product to avoid disappointment. Thank you

Its so cheap quality neither chawk board nor whiteboard able to erase with duster. U always have to rub it with wet cloth
