After I went off of over-the-counter anti-depressants I was very concerned about my mood. Someone recommended Ashwagonda and I have never looked back since. This stuff is amazing. Shipping was fast and efficient. The great thing about this product is it is not addictive. I had no side effects like a dry mouth, etc..

I love these! I began taking these for help with stress/anger issues that I THINK I have. I’ve never been diagnosed with any mental health problems, so I can’t speak to anything official, but I do believe this supplement has helped decrease my stress levels. Rather than flying off the handle as I normally would, ashwaganda helps me stay calm so that I can process the things that cause me anxiety or stress. This particular bottle works great for me because the 600mg dose appears to be the “sweet spot” for me.

My son is a combat medic and he uses this. It works well for him so I will be trying them. Doesn't have the side effects the prescriptions do.

This one is legit. Tried other brands and they're junk.

I started taking this to help with stress. I don't take it everyday. Just when stressed and it works great. No side effects.
