Q: hello, how long is the stipulated time to send the tv? It's been over a week since I made the purchase and it hasn't been shipped yet.

I have been waiting over a month. Ordered 11 Oct (in stock through out) now 13 Nov. Nothing. And I live a couple of miles away from the huge Amazon Swansea facility. Escalated thru customer services Still Nothing

Q: How do you set up airplay on this tv?

Settings > Devices > Add new device.

Q: Does this unit have a built in tuner for receiving broadcast signals?

It has an aerial and satellite input. The satellite does not tune, didn't try the aerial

Q: Can you airplay from an iPad onto the tv?

Yes, you can and I have done quite frequently.
