Very easy to use, the scale connected to my phone automatically, no need to do anything, the read of the data is very easy to read and compare and on a course of a month it really helped me improve my body composition. I didn't check the accuracy with any other scale so can not talk about it, but it doesn't really matter if I weigh exactly 77kg or not, I'm just comparing my weight on the previous days/weeks with my current weight so is it really accurate doesn't matter, unless you're an athlete aiming for a particular weight class.

I really like it. But you have to weight twice to get the accurate number.

I purchased this item in order to monitor my Keto diet weight loss and BMIimprovement in BMI. It records the data on your smart phone, which I forwarded to my Doctor. She was concerned about my rapid weight loss, so sent me for CT scan which revealed a problem. Fortunately revealed early in progression.

If like me you like to keep a daily check on your weight, don’t hesitate in buying these, my old scales used to go up and down so much even if you stood off then stood on straight away, once signed up to the app (no charge and don’t need to if you don’t want to) it tells you a lot more if your prepared to look into it and keeps a log of previous weights etc, nice bright white display to easily see from 6 ft above, was looking at a lot more expensive scales but went for these at £12.99 and so glad a did, an absolute bargain 👍🏻

It’s ok does it’s job but It keeps resetting to kilos
