Q: I know the big rubber is bushing, what does that small rubber go?

On my van, the front brake pins have the o-rings. The pin has a small slot near the end where it goes. Ensure the old one is not in the pin chamber if you cannot find it on the pin.

Q: Are these for both front calipers or would I need to buy 2 sets?

They do both calipers, but buy two anyway- they tear really easily.

Q: Does this fit a Sienna 2002?

I have a Toyota sienna 2004, it was fit as well, I not sure about sienna 2002, because mine is next generation model.

Q: Can this fit a 2012 mark x ?

I don’t think so unless it has the same brakes as a 2008 Toyota Sienna which is what I used them on
