These timers are great. Loud, soft in the hand and easy to wind up and set the timer on them. They have a loud ticking too, which keeps my mind alert to the fact I'm timing something, so as not to miss it. The green base has the easiest to read numbers (brown on yellow), if that's something you have a concern about. I have the gray base and the green. I can hear these timers go off in the kitchen all the way from the back rooms of my house, which is great. They come in a cute and colorful manufacturer's box, so they look good for gifting. Maybe buy your timer with another item that requires shipping in a box so their pretty box doesn't get squished, my last one got squished, being mailed inside just the bubble envelope. But these timers appear to have durable metal gears inside, so they're loud, more loud than timers with just plastic gear parts.

The timer works well and easy to use. The color is nice and built well. The timer is pretty loud which is great because I can’t hear much.

A cute little timer it works great. I have no issues with it not going off, the instructions say to wind to 55 minutes then set whatever time you need so far I've had no issues and I do a lot of baking.

Buzzer was just fine, no problem hearing it. Cute little mushroom works great if you follow instructions.

This kitchen timer is cute and just what is needed when you’re baking or cooking and your micro timer is also in use.

I spend a lot of time in front of a computer with an online micro business. It recently came to me that a little timer would be very handy at my desk, and although I've only had it for a few days, it's proven itself to be handy indeed. I use it to remind myself I've been sitting for an hour and it's time to get up and move around; I use as a reminder that something cooking in the kitchen needs to be attended to; and so on and so on. Then there's the look...let's face it these little mushroom timers are charming. I like that it's mechanical...no batteries to deal with...just wind it up, set the time and go back to my work.There's one small issue and that's accuracy. It's a minute or two off, as in setting it for 5 minutes gets me a bell at 6+ minutes, so, I won't be timing soft boiled eggs with it, but here at my desk it's no problem. All in all, I'm very pleased with my Nuoswek timer.

Immediate return. Too quiet. Off on time. Sometimes doesn’t buzz when time it up and sometimes buzzes before. Very cheap.
