I've bought a pair for every sandal I own. The adhesive is stronger than ever yet moldable. I've suffered from extreme hyperhidrosis my whole life and wish I knew about these back then! Get em!!!

Very helpful for heels
I had to wear heels for a summer wedding. With hyperhidrosis it's very hard to walk in heels, these helped so much. The fabric is almost a felt kind of material that is perfect for sweaty feet and just added extra grip in general for heels. Definitely will buy again.

These things are SPECTACULAR!
It's gross, but oftentimes my sandals, in particular, would get "slimy feeling" insoles from being worn without socks. These inserts were the PERFECT solution! For any shoes often worn without socks - these inserts are comfortable, effective, and one of the best purchases I have made in a while!

Like this product
These have solved the problem of my squelchy sandals! Easy to put in, they’re very thin so don’t affect the fit of the shoe. I have only worn them a couple of times but the insole has remained stuck in place. Degujitejy recommend, although they are fairly pricey.
