Article arrived several days early. Well packaged; would have taken a few terrific blows, to wreck it. Mine did not come with much of an Instruction Manual, but it's all pretty Goof-proof - just Plug In And Play. I really appreciate that NO BLOATWARE was on it. Just Windows 10 and a few system monitoring programs. LIGHTNING FAST. This is my first Solid State hard drive. It is magnificent. BUY IT you won't be disappointed. UPDATE: 4 months & change, and all is well. No crashes while playing online games. Lightning-fast Defrag, Disk Cleanup & Virus Scan. AAAA++ Best PC deal I have ever made, and I've been buying PCs for 25 years. This one's a Sleeper! Great Graphics card. Needs no upgrading. Low cost, easy setup, and - well, I don't know about the Customer Service. I had no issues setting it up, and in my book, if your PC spends ANY time in The Shop, you bought the WRONG ONE! THIS PC is the RIGHT one. Grab it.

This was my first time buying a new pc and it did not disappoint! I got exactly what was pictured, got the exact specifications it described and I could not be happier! Very easy setup, just plug in and go. Online website for the brand has the manual for every brand pc if yours doesnt come with one in the box. Came with rgb wired keyboard and mouse, wireless receivers for wifi, has bluetooth and windows 10 home built in. No extra preloaded apps, just the ones to control the rgb lights and settings for an amazing graphics card. Not a major gamer but I have all the Sims games downloaded with every expansion, game and stuff packs and I've never had a game crash, no lagging and graphics look amazing for every game. Just downloaded fortnite, gta V and fall guys and maaaannn... this computer is able to handle everything! Also love that I'm able to ugrade it myself if i ever need more ram or anything. I was able to get this when it was on sale for less than $800 but if i was still looking for a pc now and saw it for this price, I would definitely still get. Best beginner gaming PC

UPDATE: 2 years going strong! Don't hesitate, this thing is fantastic! I'm honestly shocked there's less reviews, this thing is fantastic. I've had it for months now and never once had an issue. Plays all my games flawlessly and looks great doing it. If you're looking for a good pre-built and don't wanna spend thousands, look no further. Quick note btw, you can sync your computer's colors with any Razor products you may have, you just need the applications :)

I ordered this for my business. I work from home, and need something reliable. After I got it, I immediately was forced to do a full system restore on the device. Then for the next 3 weeks, peripherals would randomly disconnect forcing me to hard reboot the system to resume function. Keyboard, mouse, ethernet, monitors, all would simply stop functioning (on separate but frequent occations). I contacted support about the issue, they referred me to the manufacturer, they referred me back to amazon for a refund. Only by the time I got back to Amazon, they told me I was past my 30 days (by one day) and wouldn't refund my money. Stay away.
