Great quality & variety
I paid extra for delivery as I was desperate for veg after being stuck in my flat for nearly 3 weeks (hip problems slowly mending) so I got this lunch time next day, delivered by the postman!I'd decided on a mixed box as it was flexible re: replaced items so I wasn't sure what I was getting beyond the basics listed but I am delighted with the selection they sent me, and it's all super fresh and lovely.As well as what's in the photo there is 1kg of potatoes & 500g of carrots. The 2 bananas aren't brilliant but they're not even good in the shops ATM so no surprise there. Everything very carefully packed in paper bags with lots of brown paper padding too.I haven't got a fridge so I'm prioritising what needs eating first, that being the kale & mushrooms - Have also had the potatoes, carrots & a banana - all taste 1st class & very fresh.ETA - A week later and I'm still using the fruit & veg from this box (with no fridge - my room temp averages 18 degrees) Which proves how fresh it all was. An unexpected bonus from suddenly having a load of fruit and veg to use up is I've expanded my cooking repertoire, which was very 'samey' & boring before, so I've had some amazing meals this past week inspired by what's in the box!

Delicious fruit and veggies !!!
This arrived super fast. The products are fantastic, fresh and varied. I made 4 veggie bakes yesterday, planning on making soup today. Was pleased to receive bananas too. Would order fortnightly if I could request no cabbage or kale. Many thanks, Linda

Squashed bananas and red pepper.
After reading all the lovely reviews on this I thought I would have a go.As seem to happen a lot when you buy something because of the good reviews the goods do not come up to the standard expected. That is what this is, a big disappointment . The two bananas were bruised and one wash squashed. The one red pepper was squashed. Carrots were lovely, nice potatoes, lovely close cabbage.Nice round turnip, and some button mushrooms. some nice apples. So what am I moaning about. Well , when you look at what you get for £25 it doesn't seem to be much and with the squashed items then I feel it wasn't value for money, but what is these days.

It was all thoroughly and expertly packed, the quality and freshness the best - even the delivery driver was extremely civil: the only question is how can the recipient order from you as they are elderly and not on-line. You didn't enclose any leaflet information?

I chose a small mixed box. A lovely selection of fruit and vegetables. All commonplace varieties but lovely nevertheless. The delivery came a little early but not a problem as there was good communication from the carrier. Mostly paper based packaging. Likely I will order again.
