Kat Von D Shade + Light Contour Refillable Palette New

This is my favorite contour palette. But the customer service if this company is amazing.! My first palette came shattered and I was so sad because I NEVER splurge on myself.. anyways I reached out & they were QUICK to help me and send me a new one. I appreciated that so much it made me feel like myself and my happiness mattered which isn’t always the case anymore.! Thank you for your kindness and prompt service getting me a new not broken palette 😊

So the literal truth for giving 1 star is because it is not the same formula like back in the 2015. I know I know , things of that sort change with time but I’ve been with this line of makeup since she first dropped it . The packaging changed along side as well . Love the contour palette has such endless opportunities but will stick by in saying I wish she didn’t sell to another corporation and didn’t switch up the formulas. Slight fallout but I love to get a heavy pickup on my brush . I’m of a beautiful toffee complexion so I go with the light to medium pallet.Wish the duo contoured brush was like a package deal along with the purchase .But otherwise a great buy.

I was excited to receive this item 3 days early, however when opening, it was completely damaged (photos attached). Reluctant to try and get a replacement and have the same issue occur. For the price, just buy it in person to avoid this. So disappointed!!!

I could not live without this palette!! Ok, so that was a bit over dramatic, but in all seriousness, it's amazing! I'm a face character "Party Princess" by trade, so I require quite a bit of contouring and highlighting to look like the characters I'm portraying. I didnt think I'd use all of these colors, and was hesitant to make a large purchase (I believe I paid $75 to get it overnighted), but I'm so glad that I did. It works as a matte eyeshadow as well. Very little fallout, if any. Great color payoff. And it stays put. Couldn't ask for more.

Ich finde es eine Frechheit so etwas jemandem zu verschicken der auch noch viel Geld bezahlt. 🤬 Palette kam kaputt bei mir an!!!!!

Die Palette selbst ist toll. Schöne Farben, auch sehr graustichtig zum konturieren. Die Puder lassen sich super verblenden und aufbauen. Der Versand? Katastrophe! Die Palette wurde nur in einem extrem dünnen Amazon Karton versendet. Undzwar in einem flachen, der ohne Inhalt insgesamt nicht mal 1cm hoch ist. Ist ja fast schon logisch, dass Vorallem beim langen Versand aus den Staaten etwas kaputt geht. Zwei Puder sind gebrochen. Amazons Kundenservice bat mir eine Ersatzlieferung oder teilerstattung an, die mir hinterher wieder abgelehnt wurde. So habe ich eine zwar qualitativ gute, aber kaputte Palette. Lieber in Deutschland kaufen!
