The best cleaning tool I ever owned

doesn't live up to manufacturer's claims
Steam gets hot in boiler but is almost cold by the time it reaches the surface to be cleaned, therefore no sanitizing is taking place. Only way to sanitize is in small patches by leaving the appliance in one spot for 20 seconds or more.

Ergonomically effective and strong performance
Having owned other steam mops with attachments, this is a superior choice.Mop- The steam is so powerful and mops so much better than other models. I had just mopped the day before the unit arrived. I unboxed the unit and put it to work right away. I was amazed at how dirty my floors were just one day after mopping. This mop so much more effectively it cleaned my floors!Attachments- The design of this unit, especially for the attachment makes it superior to others. The wand detaches from the mop head, and therefore provides a long wand to use the attachments while standing. Other units typically have a short wand and therefore require you to clean the floor on hands and knees, window cleaner and grout by using a stool for the upper levels. The attachments, especially the grout cleaner make a HUGE difference.Noise-This unit is extremely quiet.Overall quality-The overall quality is excellent. A sturdy feel with very strong steam.Overall, worth every penny!

One of a kind
There truly isn’t another item like this that I could find. It takes up the same space as a mop, but can do things that are irreplaceable. This steam cleaner along with detail nozzle is removing dirt from crevices that would otherwise be completely inaccessible to clean. You can tell it’s built to last which is why they are so confident with their 5 year warranty. Even customer service personally responded to an email within 30 minutes on a Saturday evening. All in all you really get what you pay for with this; rather, beyond what you pay. Everyone should have one.

Will Burn The Hell Out Of Your Hand
First off for a few months it worked great... With that said...good luck at getting any customer support! They Suck! Second... I have had my unit now for 5 months and it started shooting hot steam up and out through the handle... It burned me so bad I have to seek medical attention... Would be great if I could actually speak with someone to get this replaced...or a full refund...
