Q: Is it safe to use on a boat in the ocean

We use a five gallon bucket and rags. We do not rinse with a hose so it goes in the water.

Q: Could this be used for I remove black streaks from tires on clothing??

Not to sure about if used on clothing, but works on carpet and just about everything else I've tried to clean. It is a fine product and does what it describes but like I said, I'm not to sure about clothing. If you can't wear the item with the tire marks on it, then what's to lose but try this product but in inconspicuous area.

Q: Is it ok to go over camper decals without damage?

I did with no damage. Not sure if all decals are created equal though. Just follow the directions...spray on and let sit for 30 seconds, scrub and then rinse it off really good. Work in sections and you should be fine.

Q: Can this be used on vinyl boat seats?

I don’t see why not. It worked wonders for my gutters and vinyl siding.
