The product is beautiful, was easy to assemble. There was a minor customer service issue which was handled with ease after a brief email exchange. I highly recommend these umbrellas and am so happy I made this purchase. I can easily move the umbrella around my patio to position it around the movement of the sun. It looks great and provides tons of shade on my outdoor patio. Tears at Purple Leaf assisted me with the customer service issue and it was a seamless communication.

I spent a lot of time researching these and happy with the purchase of this. It’s the upgraded 4” wide pole which is sturdy and I’g glad I went with this one as it has held up well through one season so far. The open and close mechanism is very smooth - the crank moves easily and opens a huge 12x12 umbrella with ease. Purple Leaf customer support is fantastic also - I had a defective umbrella cover and they promptly sent me a replacement one.

This umbrella is amazing. Easy to use and provides a lot of shade. If you’re going to put it on an area that you can mount it to either a deck or concrete I would not recommend getting the large one that fills up with water. It takes up a ton of space. Get the metal plate mount and save yourself a ton of money.

Good quality umbrella, best suited to LARGE areas such as poolside. Be aware that the post is irregularly shaped and will only work with a Purple Leaf base, which is very expensive. For the 9x12 double vented umbrella, the base size is 36x36x8. Also be aware that P.L. has a 30 day return policy BUT, the package must be unopened and unused. Once you unpack the umbrella and all the surrounding tape, foam, and cardboard, there is no way to repackage it in its original shipping condition.

This is an OUTSTANDING, HIGH-QUALITY umbrella!!! Greatly exceeded my expectations!! I was looking at others in local retail patio furniture stores that were twice this price! The product is covering good portion of my backyard. I have had it up since the summer and will keep it up as I have yoga classes on Fridays people stop by inquire about it. My expectations. Emily was most helpful and helping me to acquire it and I would refer the policy to anyone.

This company not only had amazing products, but their customer service should be what every company strives to offer. I have purchased several times; the umbrellas and bases stand up to the desert wind and sun! We did have a small shipping damage issue, reached out and Becky with their customer service department was so helpful, got me the part I needed in a very timely manner. They check up with you through the entire process and even after the sale, just to make sure you are happy! I cannot say enough about how great they are to work with, and their products are top notch as well.

We brought the umbrella put the had to fix our patio so it sat in the opened box. We lose a piece somehow and emailed Purple umbrella and they sent a link to the piece we need and helped us get it. And then followed up and let me know it was coming when it was coming and asked me if I definitely got it when they said. Identity great service in helping thank you purple umbrella.
