Apparently this little herb helps to reduce fever, is a natural diuretic and helps support muscle workouts and endurance for exercise. Wow that's a lot of claims to live up to! The pills are okay to swallow though they are not tiny. I haven not noticed any side effects though i haven't noticed much change either in workout energy but i expect it's hard to detect and might take awhile to notice. I do think i noticed the diuretic properties already at work though! And maybe i felt more awake and energized when exercising? It sure seems like a great healthy supplement to have on hand!
