Banana Republic Black Walnut for Men 3.4 Oz Eau De Toilette Spray

This is a very mild formal style scent. The black walnut scent is well pronounced as sweet but also finishes with a deeper musk. I would say this is more geared for formal occasions and is suitable for all ages. I am 25 and wear this comfortably and have been complimented on it several times. If you would like something lighter or less formal for regular use I would also recommend Slate from Banana Republic. Their scents don't last as long as some other brands but they are still very good for the price. I definitely recommend this.

I was working as a teller behind one of those thick glass windows. Usually, people with cologne or perfume would be my worst fear because I'd be trapped there with a distinct compression of air through the confined slot in the window, whisking all of their bodily scents towards me. However, one day a regular came in and I was the lucky one to get him. He was so fresh smelling, and I practically exclaimed with surprise. I asked him immediately what he was wearing, and he told me Black Walnut, by Banana Republic. @_@ I bought it for my boyfriend a couple of months later for his birthday. He can't get rid of me when he wears it.

This has been my favorite cologne for over 11yrs now, and I was so skeptical buying this online with all the rumors of fakes and such... but this is the real thing! The first night I got it, I put it on, went out with friends and saw a movie and during the movie I got a whiff of myself and I got sooooo happy! I wanna buy all of them, and I just might at this price! haha

Love the scent. Great in fall or winter. Doesn't project as well nor last as long as I wish it would. Decants will solve this issue.

I have to say for the price this product is great. I don't know how authentic the cologne is, but it smells very nice and it lasts well. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase.

I am so glad I found this on amazon, I member when this was in the stores and I was crazy about scent. I purchased this for my husband, the scent is very masculine and classy. Although they are different scents if you like One by Dolce & Gabbana I think you will enjoy this. It has a mixed of spicy with hints of pipe tobacco scent, great of fall and winter seasons.

I love this scent. It reminds me of New Orleans. My girlfriend didn’t really care for it .... so I kept the cologne .... and got a new girlfriend.

Just like I remember. The smell brings back memories. It seems to get a lot of compliments as well.Only gave it 4 stats because the lid seems to stick and the wooden box was pretty beat up.

Ein sehr angenehmer Duft, der aber nicht hält, sondern sehr schnell verfliegt. Schon nach einer halben Stunde war er kaum noch wahrnehmbar. Schade.
