(Pack of 3) MORINAGA Milk Caramel 97g

This hard to locate Japanese candy is delicious, classic caramel and takes you back in time.

My friend gave me a few pieces of MORINAGA Milk Caramel candies. I really liked them. She told me to buy on Amazon, and make sure to buy the ones made in Japan. I found this site and found in descriptions that the products are made in Japan. When I received them, the bags are all in Chinese (no Japanese as in image). In the back, the product is Made in Taiwan (not Japan as described). I tasted two. The flavor is very different from what I had. Then, I also found out that they are not returnable. I am stuck with three bags of candies that I don't like. Super disappointed!

Just ordinary; nothing special. If I could have returned them, I would have.Many, many years ago, my family lived in japan when my father was in thenavy. We bought some Japanese caramels that were out of this world. Ihave never tasted a caramel since then like those. I was hoping thesewould considering they were made in japan, but, unfortunately, no luck.

The caramels themselves are great. I've had them before, and I'd recommend them to anyone. Sadly, over five weeks after dispatch, nothing has arrived. I got an email saying it had been posted, so it's probably lost somewhere in the postal system. Can't really blame the company.
