True to size. Dries very quick. I use it for swimming and soon will use it for gym too. Fabric is kinda soft and stretchable nylon. Thin.Durability of the stitches will be the ultimate test of its quality.Update:Used it daily for a month. The border stitches aren't good. Threads are coming off. But not as bad as poking holes. Doesn't dry quite as quick. Takes around 3 hrs in wind, away from direct sun.

A good one for cricketers
My sister searched many sites for a compression top but failed due to their thin cloth types and loose stitching techniques. This one comes for a long run as it is thick enough for cricketers who’ll have rough days.

Not recommended for swimming
The stuff is too thick that the moment one tries to swim ... The arms n shoulder feels heavy... May be fine for gym but not at all for swimming
