This is a perfect summer dress. I bought it in red color. I am 4'10, weight 120 lbs. 34C bra size. This dress hit just passed my knee. A Perfect dress, I live to the style and quality. It did not come with a belt, even though It has a belt loopsewn on the waist of the dress.I love it so much, I ordered 3 more dresses (green, light blue and black).

I bought two of these…black with flowers and green with flowers and neither came with a belt as described. The green one has an extra snap between the top two buttons to keep it closed which is a nice touch. The black does not. I like the fabric…it’s lightweight and flowy and silky. Have to buy my own belt although I wore it without already and it was fine…just empty belt loops. I think it looks cute with or without.

Top half isn’t lined.

The dress is beautiful but I did not like the fact it was transparent, but it is beautiful.It just that I don't wear those kind of clothes.

Happy with the red dress. But when I look at the black belt, it is rusty and of poor quality. So I have thrown away the black belt
