I ordered my first one and for some reason it wasn’t working. I reached out to customer service and they were so great! they sent me a new one and followed up with me to ensure it was working. It is working like a charm! Smells fantastic. It’s a little noisy (guests have notified), but eventually you don’t notice it. Battery charge lasts long enough. Really appreciate this device!

This sprayed expensive oil all over my nightstand and ruined it.. The second one got all over my granite counter and is permanently stained. Neither units work at this point the oil spray now ruined the unit it self because of the inconsistent spray. Very disappointed!!! And these were too expensive to last a month before problems.Update:Customer service contacted me immediately to help resolve the issues I had. They were very accommodating and quick to come up with a solution. They have sent me two new units. Both are working great so far!NEW UPDATE:Do not waste your money! Yet again, after a few months with the new replacements, one has stopped working all together and the other one has leaked and ruined my furniture. Beyond a disappointment.

This diffuser works well. Occasionally the usb cable doesn't charge fully so need to charge more often. The 3 diffusing strengths are nice feature so if you want a subtle sent you have the option. I use a solution of citronella and eucalyptus as it is currently rainy season where I live and this helps with the insect repelling. Adds a nice fresh sent to my little casita.

I've been using this diffuser 4 days. At max diffusion rate the scent is barely detectable. Put it into a tiny room, such as my spare bedroom that's 8'x8' and you can detect the scent. The diffuser is supposed to be to run for 4 hours at max diffusion, it doesn't it shuts down Performance is more satisfactory for output and running time when connected to an outlet; tho that is not how it's supposed run. Setting the diffuser twice to run at max output for four hours depletes the battery. Recharging takes a long time. Waterless diffusing is a great concept, but the models at this price point are disappointing.IMO this unit has too many functional weaknesses to be recommended - waste of money. Over priced for it's size and poor functionality.

Device worked great for a few months and plastic tube that oil feeds thru detached and would not reattach. Device was still under warranty and seller provided perfect customer service. I rate customer service as spectacular because the seller managed to replace device and get it delivered to me the week before Christmas.

Unfortunately, the product leaked all over a table, ruining the finish, and ceased working after several months.

Overall this diffuser is really nice. You simply attach a small bottle of essential oil turn it on and your room smells great. What I don't like is the fact that you can't leave it on for more than four hours before you have to turn it on again. I'd easily give it five stars if I could just turn it on and it kept running or even if it had an eight hour timer instead so it kept running in my office while I was working.
