My friend needed a simple old fashioned phone. The big numbers were very useful. Hated the fancy features on other phones.

This phone works really well for my aging mother. I bought it for her September 2019 to replace the phone she used in her living room. She can see the buttons well and the sound clarity is pretty good for her diminished hearing. She does use the “Hi” setting for the handset.We did have a problem with it in February 2020. It received calls without an issue but you could not call out because all the buttons had quit responding to touch. Every one. I sent a message to the seller and received a reply within a couple hours. After they confirmed the problem we were having they immediately sent out a replacement phone. The new phone is working perfectly as of this writing.I like that all the features work as described and that the company stands by their warranty. Considering all that this phone is a good value.

Very easy to use - big buttons, loud ringer. Would be nice if voice volume could be amplified a bit more. But overall a good phone for both vision and hearing impaired.

I'm sorry, huh? Sheerness?Phone shipped on time and set-up was straight forward. Works as it should with a good loud ring-tone as needed for an 80 year old user. Good ear piece volume also. Does what it should as needed at a very reasonable price.

My father has Parkinsons and it is a good choice for him

I bought this phone for my mom who needs bigger buttons and wanted to adjust the volume on her phone. She seems to really be enjoying this phone so far.

I was looking for a no-frills landline phone with speakerphone - I had no idea how hard it would be, especially once you read the product reviews and learn how many others on the market don't hold up. So far, I'm very pleased with this phone. The speakerphone works well and is simple to use. There is a high and low volume setting. I can now take notes during phone meetings without kinking my neck from trying to hold the handset! While I don't need the big buttons yet, for sure I won't be accidentally hitting a wrong number!

Overall we like it. One negative is the mute button on the receiver was inconvenient. Everything else is good. We wanted it for my 89 year old mother in law as she was having a hard time with her cordless phone but due to medical issues she struggles with it too. It isn’t a phone problem. We do like it.

Took to Personal CareHome for a Lady yesterday, and she was thrilled....she could see the numbers on the big buttons, the volume control, she could hear me with no...what??’s in our conversation, finally a smooth flowing conversation! Yay! Ringer and volume high enough for her to easily hear...what a relief! I did order a second one, as the first order of this phone, the button for the receiver to hang up was so tight, I could not press it down with my finger , used two fingers and it was still not hanging up, so I pulled the plug, and am sending it back, BUT I am so glad I bite the bullet and ordered another one hoping it would be perfect and it was/is...and it came very fast. Rubber circles on the bottom of the phone prevents it from sliding or falling off table. Telephone problem with a Legally Blind and hard of hearing woman, now completely solved.

My wife likes this phone but it is a bit expensive for what it is. I might buy this again.

My mother has a growing visual disability and cognition problems.She really like the big buttons.However, she always complains a less than average quality sound. She also doesn't like to high pitch ring sound and its two settings-only for level (low is to low, high is to high).Yet, she doesn't want to go back to former phone provided but phone company which as a very good sound by too small buttons.

Large buttons are best I have been able to locate but the fact that it is corded is proving to difficult for the party I purchased it for to use & the sound quality is poor i.e. very static & hard for her to hear.I would like to return it if possible ?
