seems large for an 8mm bead
When making my bracelets I like to match the size of the beads exactly and this comes out bigger compared to my other 8mm. Maybe it's really a 9mm?

You don’t want all the stones to be a uniformed color.
Great variety of stone colors, which is what you want and you should get. Uniform stones are usually dyed. These are natural and at least the ones I received have a great variety of slightly different blue shade. Very happy with the product.
