Has anyone used this in below zero temperatures?

We went a couple bites down to 0-5 some bites around ten door did ok one day it didn’t open so I took door sort and figured circuit board inside went out other wise door works great I notified company and Amazon and the replace the entire unity so I replace just the door and sending back the rest of unused new parts and old door

Can someone please help me with programming the timer. My kit came with no manual and only found one video that is less than helpful
