This frame was super easy to set up and the picture quality is very good. I’m am more than satisfied with it. It is a wonderful addition to my office. I love the ability to see all my photos without the clutter of many physical frames. A good buy.

This works great and has a bunch of storage. The best part is the ability to easily add photos and videos through monsters app. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a digital frame with plenty of storage and easy upload.

We bought this for the grandparents for Christmas. Set up was fairly easy. Just don’t try to upload a lot of photos at once.

Was in the market for a smart photo frame for the family in another state. The biggest factor this is best way to go: No subscription required!You download the monster connect app to your phone and simply add photos to the frame on there. Thats it!Frame connected to wifi effortlessly. As long as its connected, then it will upload all new photos/videos etc to the frame from the app. Allows for video clips to also be added.10/10 recommend this option over the other frames that require subscriptions and cloud storage and complicated setup. Looked at several other frames and this is the easiest out-of-box option.

I ordered several to give to parents and grandparents for announcing baby info to family. I wanted to make sure family far away didn't miss out on the journey of our first kid. We opened them up and preloaded a picture and sent them out. The picture loaded well and so far they have all connected easily to the internet for family to receive updates.

This cheaply made frame and poorly designed app will drive you absolutely insane. The app only downloads 100 pictures at a time (so it claims) and even then it didn’t download my pictures. Even more frustrating was customer service passing me off to multiple different email addresses to try to resolve the download issue. Another feature is the frame zooms in on every picture so you can no longer see the picture as a whole but rather someone’s nose in the photo or the chair they are sitting on. I consider myself pretty tech savvy and this product is garbage. Don’t waste your time and save yourself the headache. Such a bummer because you really can’t beat the price!

The Monster Smart was so easy to setup — very user friendly! It makes a great addition to any room and blends in with any home interior. The sleek matte black frame makes it perfect for use at the office as well.
