**UPDATE**After a successful software update this projector is a winner. Customer support is awesome and responded to all my emails. mail to: [email protected]. Now the clarity and image are nice, clear and bright and the 4d keystone works wonderfully. The sound works well with PCM setting and the fan noise is normal. I don't see any more horizontal lines scrolling through the videos. I use this projector with a firestick and couldn't be happier with a projector in this price range.I read most of the reviews and thought this was a nice projector, however my experience was different. Once I set it up with my Fire Stick I was not able to get any sound and the picture had short horizontal lines running vertical on my screen. To make matters worse I could not get a clear picture and the video was very dark no matter how much I changed the settings. The remote has to be pointed directly at the projector in order to work. Maybe this one is a just a lemon - not going to try another.

*UPDATE*Kristin from customer service reached out to me to ensure that this projector and company provides the quality and services that us customers can trust. The provided projector along with the new update file compelled me to update my review of this product and company. After installing the new update, the picture quality has improved, there is now sound coming from the projector when connected to USB or fire stick. BT connected with no lag when watching with USB plugged in. Digital zoom is now working and the 4 point keystone. Recognized my PC hdmi. This company really listens to their customers and are tirelessly working to improve this projector. Kristin from customer service is awesome! The company is staying in contact to make sure any and all bugs or glitches are being resolved. Great company. If you have any issues, reach out to the company before sending your projector back. The image does get huge and 4p keystone works but the image is dark and I could not get sound out of it for the life of me. Wouldn't recognize my PC HDMI. It recognized the fire stick but no sound. I'm sending this one back.

This is a great projector for the price! It is bright and super clear! However my projector when I put the AUX cord in every once and awhile it will cut out the audio for like 2 seconds and sometimes closer to 30 seconds… also the remote is trash but if you have something like a Roku than it’s fine if you just get to Roku real quick and use that remote. Other than those 2 things it is a very good device and I am happy with my purchase!

At first, the projector worked well. I bought it in September 2022. It connected to my xfinity streaming box and my son's nintendo switch docking station via the HDMI ports. It connected to my blutooth sound bar. I liked that I could adjust the keystone to fit my screen exactly so. However, after 11 months the picture became distorted where it was dark and the colors weirdly vivid. Then, the bulb straight up stopped lighting up l, even though the projector was powered on. I reached out to their customer service per the user guides instructions ([email protected]), but received no response. I'm really disappointed to have spent $243 on a projector that didn't even last a year. My recommendation is to spend your money elsewhere.

I received this projector last week and I can say so far it’s been great! I’ve used it single everyday so far and have encountered zero issues. Right out of the box, it was ready to go. The setup was very seamless and comprehensive. It came with all the necessary accessories to connect any device to the projector. The UI was very user friendly. It came with 2 options for HDMI along with an option for AV and 2 wireless connections in IOS Cast and Miracast. I was able to try out the IOS cast with my iPhone and it connected with zero issues. Picture was clear and there was no delay. Next I tried the HDMI and it was seamless there also. The pictures are crystal clear. Another thing I like about this projector is that you are able to adjust the zoom and the tilt of screen. The projector I had in the past did not have this option. I had to manually adjust the physical position of the projector in order to get the screen size I want. With this projector, I can adjust the zoom and make it fit perfectly on my wall. The picture you see is a 67% zoom on the projector. Without this option, only about 75% of the screen would fit on the wall. The kids love it.

Bought projector principally for Halloween decorations. Testing demonstrated a bright clear image, exactly what I needed. But then I tried playing video via USB, with absolutely no luck, tried rendering video sequence in various formats all listed as supported, still no luck. Tested flash drive and video on two other older projectors, one being an ancient 720p projector and both played video perfectly.HDMI works fine, socket was a bit temperamental (again checked cable on other projectors), however as I plan on using the usb playback this will likely get returned, shame given the brightness of the image.

The media could not be loaded.  The picture is clear even in daylight with the curtains open, which is impressive. I have a soundbar attached for extra base, but the quality is good on it's own. My issue is the remote which sometimes needs to be pressed repeatedly before it functions , and my Samsung A52 won't cast to screen which should have been listed in the description instead of finding out after purchasing, the customer has to contact you for a solution when a solution should be posted since it's a known compatibility issue with this projector. It also does not connect my Asus laptop via wifi or Bluetooth which was one of the reasons I bought it. I would also like to see a local customer service phone number posted for customer's to be able to reach out it would add ease of use. If you do not need or want to cast to screen then ussunny would be the great choice.
