It also has a true compression fit and fits snugly. I typically wear a men’s large in shirts and normally find that size comfortable, but with this particular rash guard, I needed to size up to an XL for a comfortable fit. If you prefer a less restrictive fit, I would definitely recommend sizing up.The overall quality is very good, and the rash guards have held up well throughout the summer and through plenty of use in and around the water. The material feels durable without sacrificing functionality.My only real complaint is the large logo on the sleeves. Personally, I would prefer a cleaner look without such a prominent logo.Overall, this is a high-quality rash guard that has performed well for me. fits like a glove!!. I was worried that the neck would be too tight, since I have a little larger neck. the stretch is very nice and material feels strong. the wrist area was nice and snug as well. we'll made rash guard. True to its size. sizing chart was spot on. Love it!!

I need these for lap swimming my 1k in the Az sun. This is firmly snug, yet sufficiently stretchy to (barely) get on. The body and arms are longer than average but that also helps with full coverage while actively free-styling and flip-turning. It’s thicker than cheaper rash guards which has me optimistic about keeping shape after dozens of dips in the chlorine. Lone complaint are the absurd graphics (company logo in large outdated tribal(?) font).

Very comfortable with terrific compression / stretch due to 80% Polyamide, 20% Elastane design. I own several manufacturers' rash guards and wear them almost daily. They're split between Medium and Large - the Lafroi was the first one I needed in XL to get a proper fit.

The shirt is okay and does what it’s supposed to do. The material feels decent and it’s comfortable enough, but overall I wasn’t very impressed with the quality or fit. It’s fine for the price, just nothing special.

I bought L size and it’s really snug on what is an M body.Great garment, great for UV protection tho it shows every contour and ripple of (fat!) body.I’d recommend going at least 1 size up.
