【5-Year Warranty 5 Pack CR1225 3V Lithium Battery

Got this for a Vick's digital thermometer. It fits fine and it works. Battery level seems good--but there's no real way to know what the battery level is with this thermometer. You can only tell when the battery is almost dead.Anyhow, I just put the first one in today, so I have no idea how long this installed battery will last. I also have no idea how long the unused batteries in the package will last. They show a Manufacturing Date of April 15, 2018 and a Best Before date of April 14, 2021. So basically, they are supposed to be good for 3 years if left unused in the packaging (and, of course, if they are stored in a cool and dry place).So I just had a thought--you know, I've had this thermometer for a while and it was still on its original battery when it died. So I looked in my owners manuals, and sure enough, there's the manual with the original receipt attached (God, I am so anal!). Originally bought 12/20/2010--exactly eight years to the day! The original battery lasted eight years.So I'm screwed! If this new one I installed lasts even half that time, the other ones will be unusable by then. And I paid $8.97 for these, plus $3.99 for overnight shipping (since my daughter is sick NOW) for a total of $12.96. I probably could have bought a new thermometer for that! (no, I went back down and checked--the last one was $14.99. Anal!!)Ah well, so I guess this was an ok choice. Yes, there were other ones I could have bought for less, but the reviews weren't encouraging. And I couldn't find this battery in any store around me (wasted time and gas--the price keeps going up!). Too bad there's nothing else I have that uses this size.

Bought a Vicks thermometer (V912US) a while ago. After a year or so of using the battery died due to frequent use.Finding nothing over common drug stores and hardware stores because they don't carry these rare types, I came across this seller here on Amazon after further research on the price, review and such to finally made the purchase and the result exceed my expectation!The package comes in with an additional bubble envelope so it add an extra layer of protection both for shipping as well as at home storage afterward.As for the battery themselves, they are very reliable. As soon I pop one open to put it into the thermometer it work again right away and still working afterward. No more frustration yay!With four batteries left, they will serve well as back up for quite a long while.Recommend? Yes.---------------------------------------------------TLDR:1. Vicks thermometers (V912US) need these.2. Don't bother looking at physical stores.3. Come with a bubble envelope from the seller itself.4. Five batteries with do you well for a long period of time.

Bought these batteries for my Vicks Speed Read Thermometer and they work great. Very hard to find size in store. The expiration date is still a few years out, so the extras can sit around. I definitely have enough to give out to the whole family. Recommend.

After a long long resistance to buying batteries online, I ordered these. Price was great. To the point…. For the money spent, this was not a bad purchase, but so far the first one only lasted about 5 months in a rarely used thermometer that worked for a couple YEARS on the original battery. I just replaced it with the second one and I used my (good quality pulse/load) tester before installing it. 60% and I have had them for 5 months. The others are all about the same. The tester was set for THIS battery, so I feel it is pretty accurate. As I have had happen before I think these were OLD when I got them. That’ll teach me (I hope).UPDATE 1/20/25 - Vendor contacted me and offered a full refund for these batteries. They did NOT ask for a review change or update. I am updating of my own volition. I have updated my rating to 4 stars. I can’t really justify 5 because they should have been fresh batteries, but I also feel that the vendors response was above and beyond as I had requested nothing from them and as my initial review says, I am using the batteries. I wish there was a 4.75 star capability. Bravo to CELEWELL.

The replace batteries was a must have for my thermostat . Longevity and will not need replace for a while it worth the purchase.

I could not be happier with this product or with the customer service I received from Celewell!I purchased this product to replace a battery in my thermometer. When I put one of the batterie in the thermometer, the indicator on the thermometer read "Lo." I thought that meant the battery was not working, so I tried all 5 of the batteries with the same result. Since I thought all of the batteries were bad, I sent an email to Celewell customer service. I received a reply almost immediately, saying they were very sorry the batteries were defective and they would send new batteries right away. I little later I received an email saying they had done some research and discovered that the "Lo" indicator in fact meant that the thermometer temperature was too low to register a temperature (since, of course, before putting it in your mouth, it is at room temperature). They asked me to try using the thermometer with each of the batteries (I guess I should have done that in the first place!) and it worked fine in every case. When I let them know, they said they would send me additional batteries anyway for the "inconvenience" (I'd say they were the ones who were inconvenienced!). They also said they would add information about "Lo" indicators on thermometers to the description of their product so other people would not have the same misunderstanding I did.It's so nice to find a company that truly cares about their product and the customers they serve! I needed just one battery for my Vicks thermometer but couldn't find any local so I bought these. They were dated Oct. '23 so they were just 6 month old. They tested fine. Good value.
