Ab Roller for Abs Workout, Abs Workout Equipment for Home Workouts, Ab Roller Wheel with Thick Knee Pad

I purchased this device because I was using an older roller (30 years old) that was very thin, had a skinny handle that hurt my wrist sometimes, as well as made my motion a little unstable and it pressed hard into the carpeting with a narrow wheel. Out of the box, this new yellow roller seems to be well made and fit together snugly with good wheel motion. Once I tried it out, I was pleased by two aspects; the wide grip on the handles was much more comfortable on my wrist, and the wider wheel kept me more stable during the core exercising. My carpeting will take less abuse as well. My only suggestion for improvement would be to increase the size of the floor mat that comes with the roller; I'm 6' 1" and have large/wide legs so my knees barely fit on the pad. Overall this is an excellent device and I highly recommend it.

Easily assembled, easy to use and very sturdy. Wide wheel took pressure off of my shoulders. Great product.

This ab roller is perfect for working on stabilizing your core in addition to the roller action. The contoured shape allows for side to side action which is great for increasing the motion on the sides of the body. Great quality product. Very sturdy. Great addition to my home gym.

I really enjoy using this and was impressed with the quality if it. It was easy to assemble once I realized you need a little water to slide the handles on. The instructions were in chinese but how to use it is straightforward so I didn't mind.

You can see the hard shiney plastics and steel used in the construction. I use it for core straightening and it works well.

Seems nice and sturdy. I’ve only used it a few times so far. It did NOT come with the bag that was supposed to be included and honestly, it looked as if someone had assembled it and returned it.
