Tonal Accessories with T Lock Adapter,Tonal Machine Gym Accessories,Ab Cable Crunch Harness for Tonal Core Muscle Training

Good product, makes kneeling cable crunches, kneeling oblique cable crunches, etc more comfortable then with the rope, but not the best quality. I like using it better then the rope, but it does not feel as if the cable crunch harness will last a very long time. For $25 I guess it is worth it and the bonus is that is comes with the Tonal T lock and carabiner to connect to the Tonal arm.

I've had this for a couple weeks now and I prefer using it for the resistance crunch exercises on the tonal. It seems sturdy enough, I'm using it with about 80lbs. T-lock adaptor was included which is really the only reason I bough it, since those are backordered by themselves. While the t-lock adaptor isn't the same as the tonal ones, it's pretty close. Only real difference I notice is the metal isn't polished smooth, they painted over rougher cast iron. No big deal as you don't touch it while working out and it's about same as a weight plate in terms of smoothness.For $20 it was a steal and no regrets. The rope was starting to dig into my shoulders doing heavier weight and this doesn't. Also it's easier to grip than the rope for the resisted crunches.
