Simply amazing
I looked at specs on hundreds of laptops for one my grandson could play games on. This was the only affordable one with better graphics. We tried another Dell but games were unusably slow. He says it’s the best Christmas present in all 15 years. Really, it is hard to tell that it had ever been turned on or used. It is beautiful!

Love it super fast looks brand new
Very clean almost like new. But wheres the windows key if I need to do a restore? Other then that it's perfect for what I needed it for and battery life is just over 6 hrs on a full charge. figured out how to get windows key just Google it it'll have you do a command prompt. So I would recommend this laptop I got the Dell precision i7 6820 2.7 ghz 16 gb Mem and solid state 500 gb drive rated A refurbished

Great laptop
So far I'm very pleased with the laptop. Runs well and looks and feels brand new. However, the power cord I received with it was not so great. It was absolutely filthy and sticky, the cord is broken, and one of the prongs is bent/smashed. I understand I bought a refurbished item, but would have expected for everything to at least me clean.

I expected all kinds of issues because I had ordered a refurbished laptop from a different supplier and it wouldn’t get passed an error message. I don’t know if I’m the exception or if this is Amazon at its best!!! Buy refurbished from Amazon you won’t regret it! My laptop arrived looking brand new and works just like a brand new computer!!!

Ni siquiera enciende y no hay forma de obtener soporte en Dell porque no tiene etiqueta de servicio. Una perdida de tiempo devolverlo y aparte esperar a la devolución de mi dinero.
