Zhiyun ZW-B02 Wireless Remote Control for Zhiyun Rider-M Crane Crane-M Smooth-2 Smooth-3 Smooth-Q Gimbal Stabilizer

I got this to use with the Zhiyun Smooth Q because I bought a pole to which I attached the Smooth Q at the end like a jib, and I needed a way to control the movement of the gimbal from my end of the pole. AND, it WORKED PERFECTLY.I didn't have a little trouble at the beginning syncing up the remote to the gimbal, but after a couple of tries it worked, and has worked ever since. This remote, combined with the pole and the gimbal make the least expensive portable jib you can use. What I like about the combination is that it's unobtrusive in public where any other jib would draw too much attention to itself.As for functionality, when used with the gimbal's app, you can control all the panning functions, mode, and recording from the remote that comes with a clip that can be fitted to almost any stand, pole, or whatever.I highly recommend this.

Well I can’t find no information anywhere in regards to my problem. I just got this item today and I’m writing this review 30 minutes after getting this product. I Spent 30 minutes trying to get it to work, I did the sequence mode and then power. It blinked on both lights twice. And from the picture it’s stuck on yellow. I can’t turn it off, because it won’t turn off. It’s just stuck with a constant yellow light. I can’t do anything, for a second I thought hmm maybe it’s in slave mode and I can update it using the assistant app but that was a huge fail. This remote is cheap in design and to problematic for its asking price. This is worth 5 dollars at best. I’ve seen more bad reviews than good. The little reviews I seen with good feedback gave me some hope. So I took the risk hoping I wouldn’t be on here writing a review. But guess there’s more bad remotes out in the market than it is well produced one’s.

I like the idea of having a remote for those times when the gimble is out of hands reach. I use it with my canon R-600 camcorder. Wish there was a control for that also. I used it on my monopod and when i reach over head to do video i need to control the gimble. Works fine for that.

i bought this remote to experiment with the control of the zhiyun smooth 4. but i realized the smooth 4 only has a 1 bluetooth signal and only connects to 1 device at a time. but when u connect it to the gimbal by itself it works really good. zhiyun needs to make this dual bluetooth signal and it would be perfect

Item worked great. Unfortunately, the joystick button popped off and costumer service couldn’t not help me replace the item. Item functions at 5 stars, costumer service at 3.

I have a Samsung Note 4 and 5. The app will not work with that phone, so this is the best thing for the crane. I recommend it and watch the tutorials on YouTube for how to connect, etc.
