ZOXZOX Bracelets — Stretchy Elastic Band with Motivational Affirmations and Beautiful Artwork, Great Gift for Men, Women, and Kids

The bracelet itself is adorable, but the company sells “charms” for it on their website, and they DO NOT stay on the bracelet. The idea is really nice, but terribly executed, and the customer service is non-existent. I gave this and 4 charms to my daughter for her birthday. She’s been struggling recently, and I wanted her to have a constant reminder of how strong and loved she is. 2 of the charms fell off and were lost in less than a week of normal wear. I ordered replacements, even though I wasn’t happy with the way they are made, because my daughter was so upset. More than 2 weeks later, and I’ve never received the replacement I paid for. I contacted customer service by the only means available, and 2 days later got the response that it was out for delivery with a link to track it. IT WASN’T EVEN THE CORRECT ORDER! According to their own website and the USPS, they never actually mailed mine. I double checked to make sure I hadn’t mistakenly given them the wrong order number. NOPE! It was clearly the correct one. Their automated “we’ll get back to you” message confirmed it. I replied to the email and never heard back. I had to fill out another new “contact form” in order to tell them they weren’t actually looking at my order. It took another 2 days to get a response that basically said “Whoops, now we’ve mailed it.” They sent it again by standard shipping after I’ve already spent 2 weeks having spent money on an item I never received, and had to pull teeth to get them to address it. I STILL DONT HAVE IT! I’m reviewing here because if you review on the ZOX site, any review below 3 stars doesn’t actually post on the site. You get an email saying it was approved, but it doesn’t get counted in the stars and never shows up, like it was never even done. I have a friend in IT who explained that shady business practice to me recently. Many companies have their websites and social media set up so that only 3 star reviews and above are counted and show on the site and on social media. I bought the bracket on Amazon, so I’m here to say, BUYER BEWARE with ZOX.

I bought this for a friend after a particularly rough week. Think they liked it because of the thoughtful messages on the bracelet and card, the fact that each is individually unique, and made of recycled materials. It slipped my mind as I was giving to also mention it provides a year of clean water to those in need (according to the ZOX website). And, they make the perfect little item to add to a gift bag!Will definitely be buying a few more in the future!

My grand daughter is wearing this on her wrist. I wanted her to know even though she be little she be fierce! She understands the meaning now.

I love the fit. I have a really small wrist, this band fits nice and snug. That’s the way I like it, I’ve bought 3 more, the colors are great!
