carame & pretzel has decent taste, good mouth feel- see/taste all components
I have the Caramel Pretzel option. It is pretty good. My bar is set low as I have had some keto snacks that are really bad, and even some of the SlimFast snack bars aren't good (marshmallow cup is not good). This is one I would consider again. At least I can see the pretzel, and see and taste the caramel. Not too shabby.I am not keto or diabetic, or looking to starve myself into weightloss, but I do want to have the occasional treat without wanting to eat the whole box. These snacks are the same size (maybe little heavier) than a reeces. Calories are on the low side (80 or less), and I am not going to be triggered to eat more because it isnt all that sweet.

Doesnt taste like a diet snack, my only complaint is I want to eat the whole box at once lol i eat one for mornings when too busy to make breakfest.

Had Better, Had Worse
For a keto diet product, it tastes okay. For the 18% saturated fat content per snack cup, I have found better tasting, sugar-free products that I will stick with.
