They are not made for smaller people! They do not last more than 3 hours!

I Sent Them Back, They Are Hearing Amplifiers, Wouldn't stay in my Ears
These are hearing amplifiers not hearing aids which means they make all sound louder not just the frequency of your particular hearing loss. Other than continually falling out of my ears, they did work for listening to TV and one on one conversations w/ no background noise. They'll make ya crazy in a room w/ lots of people/noise. The blue tooth worked as expected. I thought the touch feature to adjust volume would have been cool but every time I insert them or tried press them back in my ears it changed the volume, very tedious and aggravating. I was most displeased w/ the fact that instead of my refund going back to my CC I received Amazon credit.

Not For Everyone
All my life I've had minor sinus related comb-filtering and tinnitus. Now as I'm getting older, add in normal high frequency loss and "What?" "Huh?" and "Could you please repeat that?" come out of my yap more than anything else. So I wasn't expecting miracles from a non prescription pair of hearing aids. But these didn't do anything to help. They probably would in cases of just the normal age related loss, but that's something that I can't evaluate. However, what I CAN evaluate is why I only gave it 3*. First, the instructions. Lots of information and usage precautions, and for a change, not written in Tiny. But nothing on how to pair with your phone. For my age, I'm pretty tech-savvy, but when you have to start that sentence with that caveat, there may be trouble ahead. I wasn't ever able to pair them with my phone, and I doubt too many people in the target market wouldn't need help. I guess they expect everyone to have a son-in-law who is in IT? Even worse, even after charging overnight, the indicators were flashing blue. Which is a low battery indication, unless that doubles as a looking for blue tooth indicator. (Or a typo... wouldn't be the first time.) The single touch sensor controls things like volume and power, but for volume adjustment, it says for stepping through the 7 levels, it's a single press. To go instantly to max volume it's a single press. To go to minimum volume, it's a single press. To go to the middle volume it's... you guessed it, a single press, with the added note "the beeps of the middle five gears are the same."I'm at the point where I probably should have hearing aids, but quite frankly, can't afford them. I was hoping that these would help enough to postpone that a little longer, even if not a perfect solution. I'll keep trying to figure out how to pair them, maybe I'll get lucky.

Clear voice, good amplification, great as wireless earphones too
This hybrid hearing aid and Bluetooth wireless earbuds set is great. You can’t tell that’s it’s a hearing aid. Pairing with my phones was very easy, I went to Bluetooth devices on my iPhone, opened the case earbuds case and within few seconds the set showed up on the list of Bluetooth devices, I selected it and it paired without any problems. When you take the earbuds out of the case and put them in your ear, they automatically turn on after few seconds. When you are not playing anything or not on a call, the earbuds worked as voice amplifier. When in a call or while playing music, the earphones switched to wireless earbuds automatically. I was trying to find a way to change the mode to earbuds only or to hearing aid only, but couldn’t figure it so far.The instructions in the use manual are not very clear and the touch control did not always work, otherwise I would given this set 5 stars. In spite of that, I think that this is very good both as a hearing aid and as wireless earbuds. It’s great idea that needs little enhancements and clearer use manual.I both like and recommend this set.

I love them, excellent sound quality.
The media could not be loaded. I love these hearing aids, they are amazing! Easy to use, the sound quality is top-notch, and they can get loud, it will default to hearing aid mode and wait 10 seconds to activate when you remove them from the charging case, this will prevent howling. When these are not connected to Bluetooth, you just swipe on the sensor to raise or lower the audio, the mic audio is clear, and I didn't notice any blind spots voices come through clear, so far I haven't gotten any howling with these in my ears, these are excellent for my hearing issue, they are comfortable to wear, and incognito. If you connect them to Bluetooth (i.e. phone or computer), you can control the hearing aid volume from the phone/computer!, they will also operate in stereo mode, once you play music or if a sound plays it will mute the outside mics and switch to an earphone mode, just like normal earbuds, once there is silence for a bit, or you mute audio, they will automatically switch back to hearing aid mode. These hearing aids use the HD Audio AAC codec (according to my phone), and the latency and sound quality was excellent, I hear sounds in my music I could never hear before with my standard earpods. The battery life is also very good, I get at least 6-7 hours out of them, the case charges up using USB-C and can completely re-charge the hearing aids 2-3 times.(it does not include a charger). For cons: when in Bluetooth mode, the touch sensors become useless, you can't control the volume, or prev/next controls or switch back to hearing aid mode quickly, the touch sensors become just on/off buttons, the only way I found to go back to hearing aid mode was to mute the phone audio then it will switch back - this is a minor issue for me, I still love these things.I recommend.
