This kit is very easy to use and does not cause sensitivity at all. However I didn’t see hardly any difference in whitening after 3 weeks.

Pinch the base of the whitening gel tube and insert it into the metal cylinder then twist the base until the gel starts to appear. Paint your teeth with the gel and wait 20 minutes before eating or drinking. The whitening won't happen overnight but does start to help within a week. This has a pleasant mint taste but it is a bit bitter when first applied since it contains alcohol. I found that using this before I go to sleep gives me the best results. Believe me, i've tried just about every whitening product available and not many work the way you want. This batch of Go Smile actually did lighten my teeth just slightly after the first application. I did see a bit of the staining lighten...keep using this product on a scheduled regular basis if you want a much better whiter smile ( when you reach your desired color you can just every now and again use it to maintain and the small vials and pen can be kept with you or in a desk etc)....it does work just slowly. Which is fine you don't want to over sensitize your teeth overdoing this. I heard great things about this brand and now i know why.

Did not whiten.

Love these stain removers. All of my upper teeth are crowned, so whitening them never really makes them whiter than the original crown shade. They do get stained though, esp from coffee. This brings this them back to their original color!The whitening gel also works great but makes my teeth really sensitive (even if they claim it won’t). I only apply it on my lower teeth, but even doing that makes my upper teeth/gums a little tender. It definitely helps whiten my teeth but I have to be careful not to do it too often. Nothing worse than “zingers!”Love the consenting carrying case. Would be perfect to travel with.Hope this helps 😎

I love how easy these are to use and that they are great for on the go. It whitens teeth in just one use and it doesn’t leave a sticky residue like some do. It’s great for sensitive teeth, my teeth is real sensitive and these doesn’t bother my teeth at all. It comes in a nice tin for storage and really easy to use. It’s also great for preventing stains. Very happy with this product and would definitely recommend!!

Just like any typical whitening. I followed the instructions however I noticed absolutely no change in my teeth at all. Also I do have some receding gums so I definitely felt some burning.
