Five star because having a counter top dishwasher is a win. This said, you may wanna consider the product knowing issues that might manifest. Pluses: spacious and medium noise but not an issue. Great price though more on why purchasing the added Asurion is a must so it’s $50 plus more than asking price. Compliment to kitchen devote. Top fill is a win as do not wanna connect to the vintage spigot. Issues: off the bat the top spinner doesn’t spin. It’s pressure activated and it could be my water pressure. But the other machine worked okay. So expectations on that working were lost. Most of the time the dial remained stationary. Dishes still got clean. Though the instructions said the machine should heat water. Never had hot water. I filled with hot tap water and this works fine. About six months in the 40 minute cycle stopped working. I switched to C3 aka 20 minute. This was adequate. Not sure why but the 40 minute began working again. All of this was manageable. I’m so happy to have a little machine. That even would wash produce if needed. Since I manage a donation garden with lots of produce this is a fun option if wanted. Bought May 2024, it is July 2025. Ed code blinks. The manual only show E1 E3 and E4. No worries. Do my due diligence. Attempted to write the seller. Pushed send. The note never manifested in my messages. Called Amazon. Explained details. They say call Asurion and file the claim. Easy peasy, except they gave me the wrong number that’s been disconnected. No worries, looked up the number. Screen shot the full order number from the machine and Asurion insurance order number. This is all they need. Two day wait for them do do their job. They couldn’t find a place to repair the item within a hundred miles. They are issuing a refund of the full price via gift card and I’m shopping for a dishwasher. Only down side, tariffs may have risen costs of some products but no matter. I’m happy to have bought the insurance and the process for claim submission is simple. Instead of tossing the machine. Cut the cord and convert it to a tiny green house. Thought about making it into a little library. But a top folding down door is a challenge unless the Little Library is lower to the ground. Moral of the story, buy a machine with the insurance. This isn’t my first counter top dishwasher rodeo. The first one I bought had a two year manufacturer warranty. I thought great. But when the machine wouldn’t drain after a year the warranty comprised of the seller having me take the machine apart and send them pictures and they’d send me the parts to fix it. No thank you. That machine is now a green house. Because the machines are made with a ventilation system it gets humid but air flows. Anyway, if you buy this gadget despite its nuances please include the Asurion plan. The only downside is having to purchase a new Asurion plan with a new machine. So the cost of the insurance is kinda like renting a machine. Though an under counter machine is an idea it is a space hog in this vintage property with a small kitchen. Under counter storage is prime real estate. I liked the machine except for the few nuances. So gonna look elsewhere for a top fill machine with simple settings. Hoping I find a fit that resembles this machine.

As a journalist, I tend to read bad reviews before I read good reviews because I know many good reviews are paid for. I can usually read between the lines on bad reviews if someone is really not happy with the product or if they're just mad with the delivery service and blaming the product. So, when I researched and reviewed many brands of countertop mini-dishwashers, I was hesitant. And I was unfamiliar with the brand Comfee. So I researched literally for months. The majority of the reviews were pretty good, I must say, very few complaints. Most negative reviews sounded like ppl who didn't understand how it worked. There is a small learning curve but the Comfee manual clearly explains all the how to's, do's and don'ts. It is well packed in its box and very heavy. Perhaps a big guy can lift it to the counter alone but in my case, it took two women to place it on the counter. As it states, it is small, good for a 2 place setting if you pack it right. But I've washed small pans and pan covers, among the dishes, and all came out well. It's important to note that it does have upper and lower rotors so be careful not to pack things too high or let silverware or handles fall through the silverware rack. The tray on which dishes are placed rolls easily in and out of the machine so you can let it dry out in your sink while wiping down the interior after a wash. The model I chose really doesn't have a drying portion so I let it sit for about 1/2 hour after wash is complete and then open the door and let the rest air dry. I have only needed to use it twice a week, enough that I don't need to do dishes manually anymore, which is fantastic. So far, it has done a higher than expected awesome job at cleaning everything. No spots, no lines, no streaks. It is also remarkably quiet. I have used only the manual wash where you pour the water into it via a top filter. Comfee provides the pitcher and a scoop so the water goes right in, about 3 gallons. A buzzer rings when it's full so you don't have to guess or worry about overspill. Then I use the drain hose provided to drain the water right into my sink. This was the key reason for this purchase. I didn't want to hook anything up to my faucet as it would be too big a pain to attach and detach for each wash. This feature makes it very portable too like for an RV. Biggest advice, read the instructions. Comfee makes it very clear on use, cleaning, things to do in which order, one of the best manuals I've every seen. I have a very small kitchen and even less counter space so this was perfect for my counter. Those who have seen it have fallen in love with it. The model I purchased has a fruit cleaner but does not supply a colander so I bought an itty bitty one on Amazon. It also has short wash, long wash, and a couple of other options. I strongly suggest that after each wash, say before bed, leave the door open to air out. Wipe down the inside walls and floor but a good airing certainly helps too. It does have a little removable filter on the floor that is supposed to capture any food left on plates. However, I rinse all my dishes and silverware before I put anything in the Comfee as I don't want to take the risk of something clogging up the machine. I take the filter out once a week and wipe it clean anyway and dry up any water left over so it doesn't get moldy or attract bugs. This Comfee model was $300 on Amazon but like most things I just put it in my cart and waited for a sale. Amazon notifies you when things in your cart are discounted or go on sale. Finally, after a couple of months, Amazon had a sale and Comfee was offering $40 off so it ended up costing about $200. Even though I've used it only about a dozen times so far... it has been worth every penny, less work, more time for other stuff., and far less dishwater hands and fingers. I wish I had a complaint but so far so good. I am delightfully surprised and happy with this purchase. If anything changes or it breaks down after a few months, I'll be back to let you know.

TLDR; IF using the water intake hose, you need to Power on, turn on faucet while connected, and then press Start to begin the cycle. It will not fill with just the power on like stated in the instructions. So usually I do not write reviews, however I found that this would be extremely helpful for other people buying this dishwasher as it would have saved me several hours of my day doing the setup. Unboxing this unit is nothing too shocking, there is the dishwasher, a manual, two hoses (intake and drain), pitcher, pour pan, and the dishrack. I read through the manual, which was a bit scattered. The manual will walk the user through the installation of the intake hose but does not tell the user how to fill the tank via the intake hose. Which to my surprise, I would not think they would need to. I powered the unit up, see the faucet light (low water indicator) alongside the time of the cycle. I turn the faucet on to begin filling the unit, 5 minutes pass and still nothing. The hose had been tested prior to connecting to the unit, there was no leaks or anything, but for 5L the tank should have definitely been filled. I take the hose off of the faucet after turning it off to be met with the pressurized water trapped in the hose. I think to myself that potentially it was screwed on wrong to the unit, take another look, and still nothing. My second and third attempts meet to no success. I proceed to read through the manual once again, and no mention of why the water would not intake. I think gosh time to call their Customer Support and try to troubleshoot, maybe the unit is defective. Customer Support answered within a minute, but that was about the end of the great experience. The agent only read through the exact same manual I had, which I can understand wanting to ensure all the proper steps are taken, but that was where the help ended. It quickly transitioned to my options being try to use the dishwasher elsewhere to be able to use the pitcher to fill the top of the machine, or to return the product, which due to the weight, we could incur the shipping cost. The agent opened a ticket which she gave me the number and support email was sent to me asking for my order confirmation. Me being me, decided to try one last troubleshoot, what if we turn it on the dishwasher and hose once more. But this time what if we start the cycle, worse case scenario there is no water in it anyways. Low and behold this resolved the issue. I have since been able to run it multiple times and this unit is quiet for a dishwasher. I was shocked at the first batch of dishes to come out of the unit and how clean this little machine actually made them. I have had no issues since then with leaks, or cleanliness of the dishes. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone in need of a small form dishwasher, and the only reason it is not a 5/5 is due to the customer support team and manual not knowing how the machine should actually use the hose to intake water and suggest using the pitcher to manually fill it or return it.

Absolutely love it! I have a very small kitchen and don’t have enough counter space to keep a countertop dishwasher out, and also don’t have the space to install a normal sized dishwasher so I was really happy that I was able to set this one up under my sink. I love that it gives you the option to connect directly to a water hookup, but I’ve been using the built-in water tank which is such a great feature too. The tank is really easy to fill and pour water into, which makes it convenient if you don’t want to deal with a permanent hookup. You’ll need a bucket or a sink for the water to pour out of unless you can hook it up. For a single person, I’m really impressed with how much it can fit. I can get almost everything from a meal in there including plates, bowls, cups, utensils, and smaller cookware. The only things I really need to hand wash are larger pots and pans. For the size, it does a great job cleaning my dishes, I love the multiple modes it has, and having a dishwasher has already made my daily routine so much easier. I was a little worried about whether it would work well in my small space, but being able to set it up under the sink was a game changer for me. I’ve only been using it for a week or two, so I can’t speak to long-term durability yet, but my first impression has been really positive. If you have a small kitchen and don’t have room for a full-size dishwasher or enough counter space for a countertop model, this is definitely worth considering!

This dishwasher is absolutely amazing!!! My husband got it for me since we don’t have a dishwasher in our apartment this helps me so so much since I am already so busy with other cleaning stuff and work. This dishwasher is a perfect size for both our dishes. The space is not really a problem and it does clean very good. I would have it go on at night and you cannot hear it at all. This dishwasher saves me so much time and it is very easy to use. Definitely recommend this dishwasher I have not had any problem with it.

I absolutely love this countertop dishwasher. It was incredibly easy to set up since there's no plumbing or permanent hookup required—just fill the built-in water tank, and it's ready to go. i live in NYC in an apartment with no dishwasher and thought this might be a nice option for when I’m feeling lazy. I’ve been using it for a few months now and i will say it cleans my dishes beautifully. The glass particularly comes out looking shiny in a way that handwashing doesn’t seem to ever achieve. I use the little dishwasher pods and just throw them in. The cycle is fairly long but I don’t mind I just set it and forget it. Key tips - DEFINITELY get a waterproof mat to go beneath the machine - something that has sides and can hold water. I got an undersink mat off Amazon. You will want to catch leaks. The hose for the offshoot water is terrible. Flimsy and leaky as hell. After many headaches I replaced it with a clear flexible plastic hose that I push into exit port (something that snugly fits over the exit port would also work). It’s snug and isn’t going anywhere. I have an hard time understanding why they included an hose that comes off the exit port with the slightest amount of pressure. Anyway that swap seems to have resolved the leaking issues I was having. The clear plastic also lets me monitor the flow of the water out of the hose - anyone who knows fluid dynamics knows that water in a hose is pretty wonky. I affixed it to the side of the machine and have it drain into a bucket beneath my sink because I don’t have the real estate for a big clunky dishwasher to be sitting on my counter. Filling the machine can be a little annoying as well, if you don’t have the direct connection. It takes a lot of water - more than you’d think - and it won’t run beneath a certain level. I would recommend getting another length of plastic piping and affixing it to a funnel that you can run directly from your spout. It’s way faster than filling up a pitcher and trying to maneuver it over the tank. I wish they would have included something like this. Overall, a good machine, I just don’t know that the maker really thought through the more complex piece of running a water-based appliance without attaching it to your plumbing lines - getting the water in and getting that water back out. Both can result in a watery mess if you don’t have watertight connections. It feels like they could improve those bits and make this machine a lot more user-friendly. Alas, when it works it’s great. Saves me effort on a lazy day and provides an out of the way place to put dirty dishes where they won’t attract pests or be an eyesore. I’d recommend it to dishwasher-less apartment dwellers who cook a lot at home and who don’t mind putting in a bit of upfront effort (and maybe a few headaches) in the service of being lazy down the line.

UPDATE: It broke in just under one year. I purchased this about a week before Thanksgiving 2024, and it broke mid November 2025. Just days before the warranty expired thankfully. I loaded this washer up like normal, started the cycle then jumped in the shower. I came out to find that the washer had shut off on it's own and leaked all of the dirty dish water into the floor. The display was showing error code "E3." The user manual says to contact the manufacturer in case of this error code. I reached out to Comfee and received a full refund. Comfee was very easy to work with and responsive during the whole process. The washer was fantastic while it lasted, but I really hoped it would have lasted at least 3 years. I wouldn't purchase this model again. First off, I purchased these stick on casters and stuck them to the bottom of the unit. I had this in my cart for so long, I finally bought it and now I absolutely love it. I have been using this 1-3 times per day for the past 2 weeks. For context it’s just my boyfriend and I at home, we have no kids. I absolutely hate washing dishes it’s the bane of my existence but I love cooking. I have space in my kitchen for a dishwasher but I have been working on other projects, so I haven’t been actively saving up for a full size dishwasher plus installation. Fed up with handwashing every single effing day that I started looking at countertop models out of curiosity. I have a non-standard kitchen faucet that I cannot hookup to a converter so most countertop models were out of the question for me. Then I found this one that you can fill with water from the top. For $275?!?! I was a little skeptical but after reading the positive reviews I caved and bought it. Im so glad I did because I absolutely love it. It truly is a legit dishwasher, it’s just significantly smaller. It has a rapid cycle that washes your dishes in 40 mins with no heat dry, and a 2hr 10 min cycle that is wash and heat air dry. I use the rapid wash 99% of the time and it works fantastic! I only use the normal 2 hr cycle if I have dishes that I didn’t rinse and have a lot of stuck on food. I just load it up in the morning and let it go while I’m at work. The only thing I would change about this washer is the size of course. I am most likely going to start saving up for a full sized washer but this is perfect for my needs right now. To fill from the top, they provide a pitcher which you basically just fill up 3 times and pour into the top. They provide a long plastic attachment that goes over the fill hole to assist with preventing spills and splashes. I saw one reviewer complain that their unit overflowed when they were filling it…. This will only happen if you literally dump all the water in all at once. If you pour it in like a normal person with one crumb of patience then that will never happen. This dishwasher is extremely easy to use and it holds a good amount of dishes as long as you know how to arrange them properly! I’m so happy I bought this I’m thinking about buying one for my mom too. It was worth every penny I paid for it.

Soy una mujer autista (y con TDAH) de 22 años que vive sola. Todo lo relacionado a la limpieza me cuesta muchísimo por mis neurodivergencias: desde tener que organizarme, tener la energía y no vomitarme o salir huyendo por las texturas de las cosas que tengo que limpiar. Por esto siempre tengo que encontrar mejores maneras de sobrevivir, y uno de los ámbitos en los que tenía que mejorar era en la lavada de platos. Yo era de esas personas que dejaba los platos MESES, no es mentira ni exageración. Dejé de cocinar hace tiempo (no tenía tiempo ni energía) y apenas usaba unos cuantos platos. Pero, por ejemplo, invité a unas amigas a comer (y les cociné) para celebrar la Navidad por ahí del 15 de diciembre de 2022. Una de las cosas que hice fue hervir brócoli: ellas se fueron y la olla con el agua del brócoli y los restos despedazados quedaron ahí. Hoy, 23 de julio de 2023, decidí al fin lavarla. De más está decir que estaba toda llena de hongos, asquerosa; justo la razón por la que no quería lavarla. La metí en el lavavajillas junto a su tapa y nada más (porque el aparato es muy pequeño) y dejé que corriera uno de los ciclos de higiene. Verán mi sorpresa al sacarla y ver que estaba casi como nueva: el agua salió asquerosísima, como jamás me había salido, pero la olla sólo se quedó con un par de manchas que quité a mano con una pasada de la esponja. Eso era un cementerio de hongos y lo eliminó por completo. En otro ciclo también metí un termo en el que había preparado té en polvo (de esos de Lipton) y había olvidado el restito. Se evaporó, quedó lo dulce y se formaron hongos. Era mi termo favorito y pensé que iba a tener que tirarlo después de aproximadamente unos cuatro meses de haberlo tenido así. ¡Pues no! Una lavada después, salió como nuevo. Yo ya estaba lista para tirar esa olla y ese termo, pero este mini lavavajillas les dio otra oportunidad de vivir. Desde que tengo este aparatejo, he podido mantener mis platos limpios (aprox unos 3 meses). Ojo que sí, es muy muy muy pequeño: en platos le caben bastantes pero no muy grandes, el problema es cuando metemos vasos, que ocupan demasiado espacio. Podrá lavar unos 3, quizá 4 al mismo tiempo, junto con platos, o unos seis solitos. Para los platos (sin ollas ni instrumentos de preparación) de una comida de quizá hasta tres personas, sí alcanza. Podrían poner en el siguiente ciclo todo lo de la preparación, quizá. Para una persona, que casi nunca cocina, fue un milagro que me ha cambiado la vida. Quería algo que pudiera poner en la encimera y que no requiriera conectarse a plomería, y esta fue la solución perfecta: casi no gasta energía, no ocupa tantísimo espacio (aunque sí es más bultoso de lo que se esperaría), lo lleno manualmente y uso una cubeta para que recolecte el agua sucia (le caben dos ciclos de agua en una sola cubeta normal). Sólo gasto cinco litros de agua por ciclo (¡grandes ahorros porque no sé cómo lavar trastes con poca agua!) y a veces he usado el agua sucia para echarle agua al baño (cuando no hay agua y lo que lavé dejó el agua casi transparente, que es casi siempre). Así que… ¡hace de todo! Lo más increíble es que la compré a creo que menos de seis mil pesos y a meses sin intereses. Si la consigues por ese precio, ¡no lo dudes ni un segundo! Hay cosas que conviene lavar a mano, como algunos vasos o tazas, o cubiertos y popotes, pero la cantidad de cosas que he lavado a mano cada vez se ha reducido más. Estoy encantada. Volvería a comprar esto mil veces.

Pequeño pero poderoso, el agua sale con buena presion y limpia muy bien los platos, vasos y cubiertos. Tiene 2 modos de lavado: el rapido que tarda 40 minutos, solo lava pero no seca (ideal para vasos y pocos cubiertos) Y el completo que tarda 2:10, lava y seca. Tiene todos los accesorios para usarse sin requerir conexiones especiales. Directamente del grifo de la cocina. Y el desague igual directo. Es compacto, ideal para un uso domestico de maximo 2 personas. Ya mas platos requeririan varios ciclos de lavado el mismo dia. Es buena opcion si vives solo y no tienes tiempo de lavar. Entran platos, tazas, vasos y cubiertos.

Unfortunately it's half inch too wide to fit through my closet door (room inside but the frame is too narrow) so I had to set it up high when not in use.

Llevo un año con ella y puedo decir que es una maravilla. Primero que nada hay que estar conscientes de que se trata de un lavavajillas pequeño, he leído comentarios donde se quejan de que lava pocos platos y el problema está en no entender que tipo de producto se adquiere. Es ideal para solteros o parejas que quieren ahorrar tiempo y agua para lavar los platos del día, o bien para familias pequenas. Es muy eficiente y deja muy bien los trastes, solo hay que tener cuidado en escoger bien el ciclo de lavado y utilizar el jabón adecuado. Con base a mi experiencia usen jabones para traste líquidos (eviten gel o en polvo). Así que si no tienen espacio y/o dinero para un lavavajillas más grande, definitivamente está es una gran opción.

Funciona de maravilla, pero la verdad es que lava muy pocos platos y tarda bastante en tenerlos listos. No me quejo porque ya sabía que era una lavavajillas pequeña. Sin embargo, a veces es más práctico y rápido que tú los laves. así que solo la recomiendo ampliamente, si no te gusta hacer esta tarea, porque entonces la podrás valorar por completo.
