Excellent kettle
Excellent kettle with amazing control for the pour. Touch controls are very convenient.The only downside is that the one I was sent does nor have the “smart” function of connection with Bluetooth, although the model shown here does.

Suspicious, waiting for explanation
The product came without instruction, warranty card or any hard copy document, so I watched some other's unboxing video and found that it should come with a warranty card, a certification and an instruction book. There is no protection on the touch panel or on the plug-in which should come with a brand new kettle. The panel shows temperature in Fahrenheit, which is weird because the official website and any video on YT shows the temperature in Celsius and no switch option. I am doubt if this is authentic although it links to Timemore store.
