I bought this massager after receiving cupping therapy in a spa. The suction is great with a fast release button. Heat is great and not too overbearing. I like how user friendly the device is. Great for dealing with pain at home!

I honestly underestimated this device. I did not think it would do much but it has actually really helped ongoing back muscle pain that I have had for years. If you can't afford a weekly massage or chiropractor this is the next best thing!

You're supposed to go to a website or call them if you need instructions That's pretty stupid. No matter what you do with this thing the suction is way too powerful and I ended up with some serious bruising This is not what cupping is supposed to be

Once you get the hang of it the controls are easier to use- but I presume I’ll need to reference the instructions again later. The suction and heat lights all are very very strong. I only needed to use this at a 2-3. My husband used it at a 6-7 for about 10-15 minutes (his purpose for buying was pain relief) and is left with welts and blisters within the black and blue circle on his back.
